初一上册英语教学工作计划

一、指导思想

虽然大部分学生在小学已接触过英语，但学生以前不大重视英语，造成英语两极分化严重，且学习积极性低。所以，现阶段最重要的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性，帮助他们增强信心，克服困难。除了从思想上给予引导之外，在教学上，有针对性、目的性、有系统、有计划地上好课。因此，制定教学计划是非常重要的。

二、教材分析

1.初一上册共有三个单元的预备篇和十二个单元的正式篇，每个单元都有section A 和section B以及

self check三部分组成，以下对三部分简要分析：

Section A: 1a呈现了本单元的重点词汇，句型和相应的语法结构，1b起到承接1a的作用，为听力练习，1c 是学生之间进行的对话练习2a和2b是扩展性的听力练习，2c是扩展性的对话练习，另外，Grammar Focus,这一部分系统直观地呈现了之前练习到的语法知识。从3a到4部分是课堂活动部分，这部分整体起到学习新知识和巩固作用。

Section B:1a和1b 是在旧知识的基础上添加新知识，若有1c的话，一般为对话的练习，2a和2b都属扩展性的听力，若有2c的话，一般为对话的练习，3a到4部分是多样性的课堂活动，这部分整体起到巩固和扩展作用。

Self check: 使学生对自己的英语水平有明确的认识。有一个自我评价，包括词汇知识的评价，语言应用能力的评价和幽默卡通。教材的趣味化也在此部分体现出来。

三、教学目标

运用“直观性、启发性、巩固性、循序渐进、因材施教等教学原则使学生能够正确认识书本知识，采用讲授、谈话、讨论、演示、练习、参观、实验等教学方法，使学生掌握重点词汇、句型和语法知识并应用，鼓励他们大胆的说出来，做到基本英语对话的脱口而出。

2.能力目标

通过对初一上册英语知识的学习，使学生在听、说、读、写整体能力上有所提高，其中，我认为，为了深化双语实验学校教学特色，应该重点抓学生的听和说的能力。

3．道德目标

要使学生真正明白，学习知识是为了什么？是为了提高自身的素质是为了提高自身的能力，是为了在走出校门后，能以焕然一新的面貌面对任何人。

四、教学措施

初一，是学习英语的关键时期，起着基础性作用，初中英语学习的状况，会直接影响到高中，还有大学的学习，所以初一英语教学起着至关重要的作用，对此，在教学中，我制定了以下的措施：

（一）备课

上好一堂，我认为备课起着很重要的作用，任何一堂高质量的课，都离不开教师的精心备课，对此，我将做到，全心投入，作为新老师，我有很多不明白的地方，我会及时向其他英语老师学习并讨论，直到问题解决为止，多听听有经验老师的课堂教学（可以用视频在方式在网上观看），学习其教学方法，并加以总结，并鼓励自己进行创新。另外，了解学生原有的知识和能力基础及学习需要，对学生学习新知识可能存在的困难和问题进行预测。

（二）课堂教学

此方面是教学措施的中心环节，是引导学生掌握知识，提高思想素质和能力的关键。对此，我将做到以下几点：

首先，目标明确，明确每节课通的趣味性第三，方法得当，要选择合理的教学方法，并且科学地运用其方法，尽量做到因材施教，最大限度地发展学生的潜能。以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识的联系初中英语课本有许多词汇是在小学阶段已学过的，重现率高。在讲授单词时，可采用以旧词解释新词，以新词套用旧句型，以新词造句重温旧词，达到温故而知新的目的，做到词不离句，活学活用。也可根据同音、形同音不同的词的特点，写出学过的词汇。

第四，组织有效，我认为这个方面起到主导作用，一个班级拥有一个良好的课堂秩序，是保证教学效果的基础性因素，作为一名教师，要把课堂秩序组织的井然有序，气氛活跃，这样，才有利于学生思考深入。针对初一学生生性活泼好动的特点，选编一些与单词，句子相关的歌谣、歌曲、谜语、绕口令以及小短文等让学生在有趣的活动中巩固所的知识，课堂中采取多种多样的教学形式，改变传统的教学模式，提高课堂效率。多进行一些“英语小竞赛”、“口语交际”、“情景对话”等活动。

第五，相互体验，“教学”教师的教要起到主导作用，学生的学要起到主动作用，学生和教师要以积极的状态体验教学，这样才能提高教学的效果。 教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心差生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。过老师的课堂教学后，学习应达到的水平（在心理学上，叫做最近发展区），要最大限度的扩大学生的最近发展区，这里主要包括：知识水平、能力水平、素质水平。

其次，内容正确，要保证教给学生知识的科学性、系统性和正确性。注重发音教学，加强语音教学

平时多与学生进行思想交流，了解其思想动向，关心学生学习和生活中情况，有困难时助其克服困难。

第六．团结协作，共同进步。教师之间互相学习，勤学好问，做好初一年级的教学工作。

（三）课外作业的布置和批改

我将做到几下几点：

第一，形式多样：根据不同的教学内容，给学生布置可以锻炼其各方面能力的作业，难易要适中。第二，要求明确：对所布置的作用提出明确的要求，便于学生及时有效的完成。

第三，及时反馈：要及时给学生批改作业，并在批改的过程中，发现学生的优缺点，尤其是大多数同学存在的典型错误，分析产生的原因，以便于下次讲解，并对作业进行鉴定。

（四）课外辅导

一、所教班级学生基本情况分析：

本届七年级学生刚入学时英语基础不高，经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，七年段学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但根据初一上学期期末考试情况来看，英语总体成绩仍落后于六中和四中。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习和课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，而不是一种乐趣。一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听写也不过关，导致

看不懂，听不懂，学不懂。学生的听力也还有待提高，在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少，接触英语的时间不多。

二、工作目标：

本学期主要是继续培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，要求学生在课堂上多使用英语，以提高学生的听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展。同时通过本学期的教学改革，利用小组学习，培养学生良好的学习习惯和自主探索，合作探究能力。

三、教学措施和方法

措施：

1.培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略，提高学习效率。

2.发挥学生主体和教师主导作用，通过小组学习养成自主探索，合作探究，共同提高的学习能力。

3.通过abc式分组法，培养各阶层学生能力，并让后进生在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

4.引导学生实现语言的迁移，加强日常生活中英语口语的运用。

5.加强听力训练,拟晚自习上课进行20分钟听力训练。方法：

教师设计好导学案，小组合作学习探究，学生自学讨论。听说领先，读写跟上。综合训练，扎实双基。抓好英语的常规教学，确保基础知识过关：

1、单词过关；利用课前十分钟，规定内容，由科代表主持领读和背诵；并每天记住学过的单词生词，利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

2、词组过关：把学过的词组归纳，方便学生记忆。用词组造句和中译英训练。在各个组之间进行竞赛。

3、句型过关：组织学生在小组内结对子，一有空就你问我答，营造学习氛围，同时加强笔头的练习，使学生能熟能生巧。

4、课文过关：以小组为单位，进行朗读比赛，对学过的课文尽量做到人人会背，有些课文还要求基础好的学生会默写。
