二、2011年工作追求和能力提升计划
一年以来，在公司领导的正确领导下，在公司全体员工的共同努力下，我所负责的各项业务取得了不错的成绩。在取得成绩的同时，我也清醒地看到自己的工作还存在许多不足。一是工作思路不够严谨，有时制定的营销方案和业务管理流程存在漏洞；二是工作方式、方法不够科学，在工作中有时存在急燥情绪，文字处理能力有待加，工作效率有待进一步提升；三是工作主动性不够，工作有时放不开手脚，能动性和创造性有待进一步发挥。四是网络专业知识比较薄弱，需要加强对网络专业务知识的学习和提高。对工作中存在的问题，我有比较清醒的认识，并有决心和信心通过学习，在工作实践中加以克服和改进。

With the developing globalization and the increase international trade, different culture values affect everything we do.As a media for communication , language, especially AD language has proved to be influential with regards to transmiion of culture values .Studying the differences embodied in Chinese and Western advertising language would be helpful to cro-cultural understanding and it’s also a good advance to our future if we can learn and integrate the different cultural values.
For the above facts, I select the subject of “ Differences Between Chinese and Western Values Viewed From The Advertising Language” as the title of my paper.

Part four emphasize the Differences between Chinese and western values in the advertisting language Through contrast analysis of well-known Chinese and western advertising languages, proved the differences of cultural value.They also are divided into 5 parts, collectivism vs.individualism, the relationship of humankind with nature, past orientation vs.future orientation.Masculinity vs.femininity and the last one is being vs.doing.
Part five draws some conclusions that knowing the differences between Eastern and Western is helpful to cro-culture and it’s neceary for a better understanding of international promotional communication.

一、总结
本学期，我担任六年级（143班）年级数学教学工作，认真学习教育教学理论，从各方面严格要求自己，主动与班主任团结合作，结合本班的实际条件和学生的实际情况，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。为完成教育教学工作出勤出力，现对本学期教学工作作以下总结：
（一）、认真钻研教材，明确指导思想。
教材以数学课程标准为依据，吸收了太谷教育的先进教学模式，致力于改变小学生的数学学习方式，在课堂中推进素质教育，力求体现三个面向的指导思想。目的是使学生体会数学与大自然及人类社会的密切联系；体会数学的价值，增强理解数学和运用数学的信心；初步学会应用数学的思维方式去观察，分析，解决日常生活中的问题；形成勇于探索，勇于创新的科学精神；获得适应未来社会生活和进一步发展所必需的重要数学事实和必要的应用技能。

不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定教学方法，认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而
来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，课后及时对该课作出总结，写好教学后记。
（三）、注重课堂教学艺术，提高教学质量。
课堂强调师生之间、学生之间交往互动，共同发展，增强上课技能，提高教学质量。在课堂上我特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快，培养学生多动口动手动脑的能力。本学期我把课堂教学作为有利于学生主动探索数学学习环境，让学生在获得知识和技能的同时，在情感、态度价值观等方面都能够充分发展作为教学改革的基本指导思想，把数学教学看成是师生之间学生之间交往互动，共同发展的过程。提倡自主性“学生是教学活动的主体，教师成为教学活动的组织者、指导者、与参与者。”这一观念的确立，学生成了学习的主人，学习成了他们的需求，学中有发现，学中有乐趣，学中有收获，这说明：设计学生主动探究的过程是探究性学习的新的空间、载体和途径。
（四）、创新评价，激励促进学生全面发展。
我把评价作为全面考察学生的学习状况，激励学生的学习热情，促进学生全面发展的手段，也作为教师反思和改进教学的有力手段。对学生的学习评价，既关注学生知识与技能的理解和掌握，更关注他们情感与态度的形成和发展；既关注学生数学学习的结果，更关注他们在学习过程中的变化和发展。更多地关注学生已经掌握了什么，获
得了那些进步，具备了什么能力。使评价结果有利于树立学生学习数学的自信心，提高学生学习数学的兴趣，促进学生的发展。
（五）、认真批改作业，做好课后辅导工作。
布置作业有针对性，有层次性，对学生的作业批改及时，认真分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透切的讲评，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。
对后进生的辅导，并不限于学生知识性的辅导，更重要的是学生思想的辅导，提高后进生的成绩，首先解决他们的心结，让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性，使之对学习萌发兴趣。这样，后进生的转化，就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。激发了他们的求知欲和上进心，使他们对数学产生了兴趣，也取得了较好的成绩。
总之，一学期的教学工作，既有成功的喜悦，也有失败的困惑，虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也存在不少的缺点。本人今后将在教学工作中，吸取别人的长处，弥补自己的不足，力争取得更好的成绩。
二、质量分析
本次六年级数学期末考试题就总体而言，主要考查学生对基础知识的掌握情况，既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的综合能力，试卷难易适中，知识面广，科学性与代表性强，强调了
数学的适用性与生活化，重视知识理解与过程的考查，试题的呈现形式多样化，讲求方法的渗透与能力的培养。
本次考试，我班应考41人，实考41人。平均分77.1分;80分以上有24人,优秀率44.4%;60分以上有47人,及格率87%;不及格7人,其中50几分有4人,40几分有2人,30几分以下有1人。
从考试结果来看，我班虽然大部分学生适应能力差，解题，分析思路不够清晰，不能很好联系实际进行答卷，少数部分学生思维活跃，思路清晰，能从不同角度去解决问题，但整体上计算准确率不高。有部分学生的考试成绩不容乐观,他们数学基础知识掌握不够牢固,且灵活运用所学知识解决问题的能力更为欠缺。看到成绩不够理想的同时，我们更要把目光关注到试卷反应的各种问题上来，发现有很多的问题值得我们深入分析和反思。
我班学生在数学学习方面存在的主要问题
1.学生的良好学习习惯养成不够好,如:学生不能认真审题,认真答题。体现在列式计算后不写单位名称。还有的在解应用题后不写答案等；
2．学生的基础知识掌握还不够扎实，解题能力还有待进一步的加强。位置与方向中的数对表示物体的准确位置；圆周率的比值是圆周长和直径的比等。
3.学生的计算能力较差，尤其是学困生的正确率太低，算理不明，不能灵活的运用简便方法。部分学生能列出应用题的相应的算式，但最后算错了。
4.在课堂教学中，缺乏对基础知识和基本技能的训练或训练的不扎实。
5.学生对题型不够熟悉，在答题的过程中表现出的自信心不够。
6．学生的发散思维训练还没有到位，课堂教学缺乏知识拓展一类问题的思维训练。
7、两极分化严重。学生间的两极分化严重，学习程度参差不齐，优差悬殊，学困生很难跟上学习的步伐，给教学和辅导带来诸多不利。
今后改进措施
1.加强概念教学，特别是概念的推导过程、归纳过程，要让学生自我感悟和自我完善，这是加深对概念的理解和灵活运用的重要前提。
2.加强数学基本功训练。例如口算、速算、计算中的巧算，常用数值的强记等。另外就是要经常性的对学生进行查漏补缺，科学编制一些简易又能强化学习结果的材料，给学生解题设置一些障碍，让学生通过思考、探究，同时，要注重培养学生知识的运用能力，提高学生解答简单实际问题的能力。
3.教师要加强学生的日常养成教育，培养学生良好的学习习惯和学习态度。平时的教学中，注意培养学生细心审题、认真做题和进行检验的良好习惯。
4.注重拓展提高，强化思维训练，不能死教教材。注重学生解决实际问题能力的培养，做到“一题多变”，平时多收集资料,特别是要多整理易错题、灵活题、实践题,在讲解时要讲清讲透，努力提高
学生的逻辑思维能力和迁移类推、综合运用知识的能力。
5.培优补差，让所有学生都有发展。针对部分学困生，要经常和他们的个别交流，平时要多给他们开小灶，查漏补缺,及时进行辅导，经常进行家访,不断与学困生的家长进行电话联系，取得家长的支持和理解。和家长达成教育的共识，齐抓共管，努力提高他们的学习自觉性和自信心,从而使他们的成绩得到提高。同时也要让那部分学有余力的学生尽快脱颖而出，使全班的教学成绩有更大的提高。

Good afternoon, distinguished profeors and everybody here, thank you for attending the oral defense.My name is **.I am really honored to be here to present my thesis to you all and I gratefully welcome any correction.
The title of my paper is Fidelity or Treason: Exercise of the Translator’s Subjectivity in the English Version of Wolf Totem.
I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.Firstly, I am always interested in the translation and spreading of Chinese contemporary literature.As you all know, although Chinese culture has gradually attracted the world’s attention with China’s rapid development in recent years, the number of Chinese books translated and introduced to the western world is still low.Generally speaking, Chinese contemporary literature is not well accepted by western readers.But Wolf Totem is an exception.It was translated by Howard Goldbaltt in 2008 and has exhibited good market performance.So by this thesis, I want to find the reasons for why the translation of Wolf Totem has become a succe, in an attempt to supply an answer to the translation and spreading of Chinese contemporary literature to the western world.Secondly, since the “cultural turn” in 1980s, the iue of the translator’s subjectivity has gradually become a hot research topic.Scholars both at home and abroad have demonstrated an obvious tendency to enhance the translators’ status and highlight their subjectivity.Well, this is a welcome change in translation study.However, many are fond of streing the importance of unbridled play of the translator’s subjectivity, so much so that they pay little attention to the restrictive factors which always greatly influence the exercise the translator’s subjectivity.Thus, how to appropriately exercise the translator’s subjectivity remains to be a controversial iue.So it is also one of my major concerns to find a proper way to judge whether the translator appropriately exercises his subjectivity or not.Thirdly, the translator Howard Goldbaltt holds a set of translation thoughts that fit the very subject of this thesis.On the one hand, he pays due respect to the author, and try to be faithful to the original text, and on the other hand, he agrees that every translation is a betrayal and deems translation as an activity of rewriting to some extent.And his translation thoughts are
embodied in his translation works, including Wolf Totem.In Wolf Totem, efforts to try to strike a balance between “treason” and “fidelity” can be easily detected.These are the major reasons for why I choose this topic.
And now, I will present my thesis to you.Here is an outline of my presentation.This thesis is composed of six parts.Chapter one is an introduction that primarily states the research background, the research significance and the structure of the thesis.Chapter Two is an overview of studies on translator’s subjectivity.It goes over the traditional views on translator’s subjectivity and then the latest studies on this iue since the “cultural turn” both at home and abroad.Chapter Three mainly deals with the iue of translator’s subjectivity.It explains the concepts of subject and subjectivity, expounds the connotation and characteristics of translator’s subjectivity, and discues its manifestation and restrictive factors during translation.On the basis of these analyses, this thesis avoids the traditional “faithfulne” criterion.Instead, it suggests that the exercise of the translator’s subjectivity can be judged from the following aspects: Firstly, to what extent does the translator convey the elements (like word diction, cultural elements, literary style, major theme and so on) embodied in the original? Secondly, how well is the translated version accepted by the target readers? Thirdly, does the translator build a harmonious relationship with his patrons during translation? Lastly, does the translated version conform to the dominant ideology and poetics in the target culture? Chapter Four briefly introduces the author Jiang Rong, the original text Lang Tuteng, the translator Howard Goldblatt and his translated version Wolf Totem.Chapter Five is the main body of the thesis which deals with Howard Goldblatt’s subjectivity in Wolf Totem translation.Adopting the judging method put forward in Chatper three,it firstly analyzes the factors influencing Goldblatt’s subjectivity in both deciding what to translate and selecting translating strategies, and then moves on to focus on examples taken from the translated version to see how Goldblatt exercises his subjectivity in translating the novel.Finally Chapter six, the concluding part, draws the conclusion that during the proce of translation, Goldblatt followed advisable advices from his patrons, adapted the novel
to target readers’ tastes as well as the current ideology and poetics in western world，did a good job in conveying the elements of the original to the target readers and stroke a balance between “fidelity” and “treason”.All these efforts finally contributed to the succe of the English version of Wolf Totem.

主持防损处工作的经历
一、健全充实保安队伍，狠抓队伍的基本建设
1.建立、充实保安队伍。保安部早期的管理过程中，因编制不合理，直接导致员工工作情绪低下，人员流动率高。在此严重的形势下，保安部及时调整工作岗位编制，使员工工作积极性得到极大的提高，劳动强度在原有基础上有了很大的降低，人员流失率得到了很好的控制，逐步形成了岗位确定、职责分明、工作有序的良好局面，并且在人员严重缺编的情况下完成了酒店的安全保卫工作。
2.强化技能、体能训练。根据保安部所担负的任务及酒店的要求，对新招队员进行了严格的军事训练。今年以来共组织各类技能、体能训练、消防培训约60课时。保安队伍基本达到了警容严整、队列有形、举止端庄、礼貌待客。
二、建立健全了各项制度，严格按规章制度办事
1、以规章制度规范保安队伍建设，是我们建设和管理保安队伍的原则。保安部组建以来，以法律法规为依据，以酒店服务标准为准绳，先后建立健全了保安队伍管理标准、奖惩制度、培训制度、班前会、班后会制度、部门例会制度、各类人员岗位职责、外来施工人员管理制度、车辆安全管理制度、各类消防安全管理制度等。
2、狠抓制度的落实。一是同各部门主要负责人签定《治安、消防安全责任书》；二是建立健全《消防档案》；三是明确分工、责任到人；四是重大活动随时总结讲评，以利于工作的提高。
三、抓好治安、消防安全，注重防患于未燃
酒店面积大、出入口多，再加上外包单位多，管理上的复杂性，直接导致酒店的安全管理工作任务很重。
1、抓好安全工作硬件建设。一是注重队员对酒店监控系统的熟悉掌握和使用；二是加强“技防”建议以弥补“人防”的不足，今年在原有的基础上适当调整了监控的位置，并将原来不合理的监控镜头重新调整位置，填补了多数监控盲区的空白；三是定期检查酒店所有区域的治安、消防安全隐患，并及时要求整改；四是确保消防器材的完好率100%，制定了防火巡查制度。
2、组织消防演习，提高员工疏散逃生能力。针对蓬莱酒店两年来没有进行过消防演习的现状，保安部在今年的三月份，五月份共组织各类消防演习、实战灭火等演练2次，使酒店全体员工和外包单位员工在扑救初起火灾、人员疏散逃生方面的能力有了明显的提高。
3、抓好重大活动的安全保卫工作和其他工作，今年以来酒店先后六次重要的政府接待，保安部所有人员每次都是全体上岗，有的是带病坚持工作，不少队员都是连续工作16小时以上，但都无怨无悔，恪尽职守，圆满完成了安全保卫任务，树立了酒店保安的良好形象。
4、多次组织队员为酒店各部门义务劳动，今年来公差勤务共计约80余人次，队员都是毫不犹豫的为了酒店整体利益，从不计较个人得失。下步的工作打算：
一、计划达到的目标：
1、确保全年无重大火灾事故、刑事案件及交通意外事故发生。
2、治安案件的发生率控制在5起以下。
3、轻微车辆刮擦事故控制在5起以下。
4、确保各类安全事故及突发事件能得到及时有效的处理。
5、确保各大型会议及重要接待任务的顺利完成，无重大投诉。
6、部门员工能全面掌握治安、消防安全基本常识。酒店全体员工能熟练掌握消防报警、疏散逃生、初起火灾扑救的内容。
二、计划的具体内容：
1、本着“谁主管、谁负责”的原则，同各部门负责人签定《治安、消防安全责任书》，明确责任，落实分工，使酒店安全工作形成“层层有人抓，处处有人管”的良好局面。
2、进一步完善和落实各部门及各岗位的安全管理制度，并按照部门具体工作要求开展定期或不定期的安全检查工作，发现隐患及时整改，及时处理。
3、加强对重点部门、要害部位的安全检查和监督管理。如前厅部的客人入住管理登记情况，厨房、库房等重点部位的检查监督管理情况。并对各部门尤其是重点要害部位的员工作深入了解，了解其思想动态，及时发现问题，消除治安隐患。
4、加强部门全体员工业务知识、岗位技能及法律知识的学习，保证每位员工学习业务知识的时间不少于40课时（每课时50分钟左右），强化法治观念，增强业务技能。
5、加强部门员工的体能训练，每月不少于4课时的体能训练。
6、积极配合人力资源部开展长期有效的法制安全教育和消防安全教育培训，争取受教育面达100%，使全店员工的安全意识、消防意识、法律意识上一个新台阶，为酒店有一个良好的治安、消防工作环境打下坚实的基础。
7、加强对施工人员和送货人员的管理，实行“凭卡出入”制度，以杜绝酒店财物外流。
8、完善健全《消防档案》和各项消防安全管理制度，落实各项检查记录本的详细检查记录，将消防安全工作落实到酒店各层各级。
9、落实各消防设备的检查制度。对于一些重点部位和死角将增加巡逻次数，做到“重点部位时时有人保卫，死角部位处处有人检查”。
10、加强对酒店车场及外围的安全管理。狠抓外围车场及酒店周边环境的安全管理，确保酒店内外不发生重、特大安全事故及丢车事件。
11、邀请公安消防机关为我店做一次综合性的消防安全培训，增强义务消防员的业务技能。

1992年高中毕业后，我以优异的成绩考入了吉林工业大学攻读大学本科。在校就读期间（1992年9月——1996年7月），我首先学会了独自处理个人事物的能力；其次，我明确了自己的奋斗方向，刻苦努力，认真对待每一门课程。因为我相信，学无止境，每一方面的知识都会带给我不同的收获。在课堂上，我专心听讲，认真做笔记，积极回答问题，充分吸收老师所传授的知识；在课余时间，我翻阅各种课外书籍，与老师进行相关课题的探讨，加深对所学理论的深层次理解。经过我的不懈努力和老师的孜孜教诲，在大一学年就一次通过了英语四级考试，考试成绩始终在全班乃至全系名列前三名，并连续六次获得校优秀学生奖学金一等奖和一次由学校重点学科建设基金委员会颁发的毕俊、黎惠民奖学金二等奖。我的大学生活除了学习之外，还有许多丰富多彩的内容。我曾担任班级的学习委员；还积极参加篮球社、音乐社等社团活动，并均在学校比赛中取得了优异的成绩。这些社团活动不仅培养了我的集体荣誉感和责任心，还增强了我的组织能力、应变能力。在大学第四学年中，我在长春市的中国第一汽车制造厂进行了实习。虽然只有短短的三个月的时间，却加深了我对书本上的理论知识的理解，锻炼了实际工作能力，提高了与人沟通、协调的能力。
1996年大学毕业后，我回到了北京。从1996年8月—2001年2月在北京樱花通商公司担任一名职员。由于这是一家从事商品流通与广告代理的贸易公司，与我所学的专业相差较远，所以我必须从头学起。虽然有压力，但同时这也给我带来了极大的挑战性。在工作时间里，我虚心地向公司里有经验的职员学习怎样做业务，积极主动地完成各项工作；下班后，翻阅了大量与工作相关的书籍，认真学习。经过努力，我从一名办公室助理逐渐地升职为一名做业务的职员。就是在这期间，我大量地接触了计算机，学会了使用各种办公软件，对计算机科学产生了浓厚的兴趣，并看了一些有关软件设计与开发方面的书。为了寻求个人事业的发展，在2001年3月我跳槽到了北京阳光视野企业管理顾问有限公司。这又是一个全新的领域，它充满了挑战与刺激性，我又开始了忙碌而快乐的学习过程。经过一年多的努力，我已成为培训部的优秀员工。随着对计算机科学的深入了解，我发觉程序设计语言对我有很大的吸引力，于是我决定要系统地学习计算机程序设计语言。在2001年12月我利用工作以外的时间参加了由北大青鸟集团与印度APTECH公司合作开办的Aptech Certified Computer Profeional——ACCP软件工程师认证培训课程。课程分为初级程序员、程序设计员和软件工程师三个阶段的学习。在2002年6月这个职业资格认证得到了国家劳动和社会保障部认可，对通过培训考试合格的人员，北大青鸟APTECH向学员颁发其国际化标准的ACCP证书，与此同时，国家劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心根据ACCP证
书的等级，核发相应的软件工程师职业资格认证证书。现在，我已获得初级程序员和程序设计员的职业资格认证证书，正在向最高的阶段即软件工程师努力。
虽然已经取得了一定的成绩，但我深深地意识到这是远远不够的。所以，我希望能够出国深造，汲取更多的和更系统的知识，用更加丰富的知识来完善自己，同时，也是为了拓展自己的视野，了解不同的文化和环境。因此我选择了位于澳大利亚的XXXXXXX大学作为我的梦想之地。因为，荷兰是一个美丽的国家，有多姿多彩的现代化都市，也有充满大自然气息的天然地带，气候舒适，社会安定。更重要的是，荷兰拥有世界一流水平的教育质量，学校不仅十分欢迎海外留学生，而且很关注学生不同的需要，的确是留学的首选之地。我从众多的优秀大学中选择了XXXXXXX大学。据我所知，该大学是荷兰一流的学府，在国际上也拥有显著的声誉，它拥有雄厚的师资力量，先进的教学设备，优美的校园环境以及与潮流同步的学习气氛，这一切都深深地吸引着我。如今，中国已进入现代化社会，但中国的计算机科学的发展与世界先进国家相比还有很大的差距，尤其与软件产业强国印度相比，我国的软件产业还没有形成产业化和规模化。因此，我想，如果我有在贵校学习的机会，我将尽我所能，努力学习，使自己成为21世纪的国际化的优秀人才。中国拥有世界上最大的市场，进入WTO以后，中国的经济发展更迅速，逐渐迈入世界强国的行列，未来的无限商机与挑战深深吸引着我，而我又是一个喜欢接受挑战的人，因此，学成之后，我将回到中国，努力提高我国软件业的产业化和规模化，用自己的智慧报答祖**亲。

上午好！
我叫温慧凤，2012.11入行，在长治路支行担任理财经理至今。在领导们的帮助和同事的配合下，我学会了很多，譬如处理突发事件、团队协作、营销客户、组织活动等。期间，有两次共4个月在社区支行工作的经历，对社区支行的开展工作方式具有一定的了解。这次参加社区支行负责人的竞聘，是希望自己能够在“T”字型人才的这一横上面有所拓宽，对我个人来说，也是一次非常好的锻炼的机会
我竞聘的是龙堡街社区支行，为此，我已对该网点进行了初步的调研，在该网点15分钟生活圈范围之内有东太堡蔬菜批发市场，棉麻公司、冷冻厂、加工厂的宿舍（居民年龄偏大）、及目前已成熟的商业住宅小区鑫福花园和2所大专学校等，属于半商圈半居民型。以七巧汇平台为载体，利用B端商户吸引C端客户，C端客户促使B端商户入驻，资源共享。结合目前我行“寻找好邻里”的主题，以老人、小孩为切入点，展开一系列亲民活动。拉近与客户的关系，深入到家庭，不急不躁，逐步提升我行的品牌影响力。同时，在批发市场提供贷款、pos机安装等服务。
在团队管理方面，我的观点是走出去，走出去干什么呢？分为三个阶段：第一阶段，通过造势活动、结合产品宣传我行，因为“有量才可能有质”，所以要大量收集客户信息；第二阶段，整合资源，通过建立客户信息库的方式对商户经营主业、居民的偏好进行分类；第三，精准营销，通过日常一对一和点对面的沟通，以期在营销活动中，形成联动。日常工作严格按照13120的工作模式开展。
作为龙堡街社区支行的负责人的竞聘者之一，我有以下优势：
一、作为零售团队的一员，我对活动的策划、组织、后期营销有很丰富的实战经验；

毕业论文答辩自述
尊敬的各位评委老师：
大家上午好！我是来自热能与动力工程专业2007级（2）班的学生欧凤林。我的毕业论文题目是《重型清障车吊臂和托架强度刚度的分析及有限元数值模拟》。
我当时之所以选择研究重型清障车，主要是由于随着我国汽车吨位重型化的调整，国家西部大开发、南水北调和西气东输的建设，以及其他各项工程的启动，道路条件的改善，交通运输业的发展，公路运输向高速化、集约化、专用化、集装箱化发展，必将引起重型汽车业（包括专用重型汽车）的崛起。作为保证道路畅通的清障车，无疑也必须重型化，才能满足重型车辆的清障需要。因此，来研究重型清障车吊臂和托架强度刚度是十分有必要的。
具体来说，我的论文分为以下三个部分：
首先，我想谈谈这篇论文的选题背景及意义。
其次，我想谈谈这篇论文的研究思路。
最后，我想谈谈这篇论文的主要内容。
