关于预报2015年主办学术会议的通知
各单位：
根据教育部关于主办各类学术会议的有关规定，以及我校制订的学术会议管理办法和《申请举办国际会议程序》，凡我校各单位主办各类学术会议须在上一年的9月5日前提出预申报并通过学校报教育部审批，审批通过后主办国际和港澳台会议的单位须在对外承诺或发布会议通告前5个月向社科处正式签报申请主办会议，主办国内会议的单位须在会议召开前3个月向社科处正式签报申请主办会议。
现请各单位预报拟在2015年主办各类学术会议情况，具体事项如下：
1.各单位拟在2015年主办国际和港澳台学术会议，请填写《xx大学主办人文社会科学国际和港澳台学术会议预申报表》;拟主办国内学术会议，请填写《xx大学主办人文社会科学国内学术会议预申报表》。
2.未进行预报的会议将不再受理申报。

张瑞稳 男，博士，现任美国德州理工大学药学院药学系主任，教授。南京医科大学(兼职教授)，第三军医大学(客座教授)， 江苏大学(荣誉教授)， 华中理工大学 (荣誉教授)， 沈阳药科大学 (荣誉教授).
1988年在复旦大学上海医学院获医学博士，1989-1992年在UAB大学医学院做博士后研究。1992-2010年期间曾任美国伯明翰阿拉巴马大学(UAB)药理与毒理系教授，癌症研究中心、艾滋病研究中心、癌症化学预防中心、基因治疗中心、老年化及老年病研究中心、临床营养研究中心资深研究员，肿瘤药理中心实验室主任。主要研究领域有分子癌症细胞生物学、分子癌症治疗学、基因调控和沉默、生物技术和生物药物学、开发遗传为基础的用于治疗癌症和感染疾病的新型药物、药物基因组学、药物遗传学、药物作用、毒理、药物遗传学、毒理基因组学的分子机制、临床药物学、生物标志物和癌症预防以及疾病预防和治疗的天然产物。目前拥有美国毒理学家资格证书(DABT)，美国科学促进学会会员(AAAS)，美国FDA顾问(临床化学与临床毒理学)，担任美国NIH、DoD、CDC、NIOSH等重大项目的评审工作;担任美国多家学术协会的会员;中国国家自然科学基金评审专家。担任19家美国知名杂志的主编、副主编及编委;为71家学术期刊的特约审稿人;曾受邀国际学术会议及世界各地学术研究机构作学术报告百余次。张瑞稳教授现负责主持多项美国NIH、DoD、ACS研究课题，共获得国际专利12项，参与编写中英文著作46本，其领导的研究室已在国际知名杂志上发表研究论文近160篇。

第一，讨论会或者辩论会所讨论或辩论的议题范围非常广泛，涉及了人类社会生活中的方方面面。而学术会议则不同，它仅就学术上某一专门的问题（还必须是存在争议的问题），并且只由工作涉及这一领域的专门的人员参与讨论（因为旁人没有专业知识），所以议题的面非常窄（相对于以上二者而言）。

国际学术会议的特点和技巧
随着我过改革开放的日益深入发展，近年来我国对外学术交流活动也是日渐频繁。由于学术交流是某一学术问题的交流，所以这一类型的翻译除了具有一般翻译的特点外，还具有一些自身的特点，值得注意：
1． 国际学术会议是涉及某一领域的高层次的专题交流。 2． 国际学术会议是中外学术界学术新成果的集中展示。 3． 国际学术会议的内容及所探讨的问题大多理论性强，学术性强，抽象性强，尖端问题多，翻译的难度大。
鉴于以上特点，翻译工作者在翻译时，建议使用以下技巧：
1． 考虑到学术交流内容的 “专”和“新”的特点，译员应该熟悉专业和发展动态，准确运用专业术语，译语要符合专业特点，避免使用外行话。
2． 考虑到学术交流的学术性强的特点，译员的译语必须十分严谨，准确，正式。
3． 考虑到学术会议有时间限制的特点，译员在翻译时，译语应该简单明了，不拖泥带水。
4． 国际学术会议翻译，尤其要把好 “准确”关。为了确保这点，议员应该首先要吃透，把握好论文精神，记住主要论点。把相关的专业术语翻译准确。
