4、自我介绍的要点

（1）自我介绍是应以面试的测评为导向。

自我介绍也是一种说服的手段与艺术，聪明的应试者会以公务员考录的要求与测试重点而组织自我介绍的内容，你不仅仅要告诉考官们你是多么优秀的人，你更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。而与面试无关的内容，既使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃，以突出重点。

（2）自我介绍要有充分的信心。 要想让考官们欣赏你，你必须明确地告诉考官们你具有应考职位必需的能力与素质，而只有你对此有信心并表现出这种信心后，你才证明了自己。

应试者在谈自己的优点的一个明智的办法是：在谈到自己的优点时，保持低调。也就是轻描淡写、语气平静，只谈事实，别用自己的主观评论。同时也要注意适可而止，重要的、关键的，要谈，与面试无关的特长最好别谈。另外，谈过自己的优点后，也要谈自己的缺点，但一定要强调自己克服这些缺点的愿望和努力。

特别指出的是，不要夸大自己。一方面从应试者的综合素养表现，考官能够大体估计应试者的能力；另一方面，如果考官进一步追问有关问题，将令“有水份”的应试者下不了台。

一分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告，在短短六十秒内，针对“客户”的需要，将自己最美好的一面，毫无保留地表现出来，不但要令对方留下深刻的印象，还要即时引发起“购买欲”。

自我认识 想一矢中的，首先必须知道你能带给公司什么好处。当然不能空口讲白话，必须有事实加以证明。

最理想就是能够“展示”过去的成就。例如你曾为以往的公司设计网页，并得过奖项或赞扬。但当然，这些例子都必须与现在公司的业务性质有关。

职位愈高，自我认识就愈重要，应将个人的成败得失，尽录在日记中。这样，就可以时刻都清楚自己的弱点与强项。

投其所好 清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始预备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。

好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题：如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。

但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处。必须突出自己对该公司作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。

铺排次序 内容的次序亦极重要，是否能紧握听众的注意力，全在于事件的编排方式。所以排在头位的，应是你最想他记得的事情。而这些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。与此同时，可呈上一些有关的作品或纪录增加印象分。

身体语言 不管内容如何精彩绝伦，若没有美丽的包装，还是不成的。所以在自我介绍当中，必须留意自己在各方面的表现，尤其是声线。切忌以背诵朗读的口吻介绍自己。最好事前找些朋友作练习对象，尽量令声线听来流畅自然，充满自信。

身体语言也是重要的一环，尤其是眼神接触。这不但令听众的专心，也可表现自信。曾有一项报告指出，日常的沟通，非语言性的占了70%。所以，若想面试成功，便应紧记注意一下你的身体语言。

自我介绍也被称为“ 面试 第一问”。在自我介绍中，面试官可以借机考察应聘者的语言表达能力、应变能力;应聘者也可以主动向面试官推荐自己，展示才华。自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟左右，有些外企仅为1分钟。在如此短的时间内，毕业生如何“秀”出自己呢?该做哪些准备?有什么问题值得注意?专门采访了一些实例，希望能给毕业生提供一些就业指导。

案例一如何把握时间?

研究生毕业的小刘很健谈，口才甚佳，对自我介绍，他自认为不在话下，所以他从来不准备，看什么人说什么话。他的求职目标是地产策划，有一次，应聘本地一家大型房地产公司，在自我介绍时，他大谈起了房地产行业的走向，由于跑题太远，面试官不得不把话题收回来。自我介绍也只能“半途而止”。 教路：一分钟谈一项内容

自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟，在时间的分配上，第一分钟可谈谈学历等个人基本情况，第二分钟可谈谈工作经历，对于应届毕业生而言可谈相关的社会实践，第三分钟可谈对本职位的理想和对于本行业的看法。如果自我介绍要求在1分钟内完成，自我介绍就要有所侧重，突出一点，不及其余。

在实践中，有些应聘者不了解自我介绍的重要性，只是简短地介绍一下自己的姓名、身份，其后补充一些有关自己的学历、工作经历等情况，大约半分钟左右就结束了自我介绍，然后望着考官，等待下面的提问，这是相当不妥的，白白浪费了一次向面试官推荐自己的宝贵机会。而另一些应聘者则试图将自己的全部经历都压缩在这几分钟内，这也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介绍的时间，突出重点是首先要考虑的问题。

案例二语气别太做作

小芳去应聘南方某媒体，面试在一个大的办公室内进行，五人一小组，围绕话题自由讨论。面试官要求每位应聘者先作自我介绍，小芳是第二位，与前面应聘者一句一顿的介绍不同，她早做了准备，将大学四年里所干的事，写了一段话，还作了一些修饰，注重韵脚，听起来有些押韵。小芳的介绍极流利，但美中不足的是给人背诵的感觉。

教路：切勿采用“背诵”口吻

人力资源专家指出，自我介绍可以事前准备，也可以事前找些朋友做练习，但自我介绍应避免书面语言的严整与拘束，而应使用灵活的口头语进行组织。切忌以背诵朗读的口吻介绍自己，如果那样的话，对面试官来说，将是无法忍受的。自我介绍还要注意声线，尽量让声调听来流畅自然，充满自信。

案例三如何谈成绩?

教路：谈吐运用“3P原则” 人力资源专家指出，自我介绍时的谈吐，应该记住“3P原则”：自信(Positive)，个性(Personal)，中肯(Pertinent)。回答要沉着，突出个性，强调自己的专业与能力，语气中肯，不要言过其实。

在自我介绍时要调适好自己的情绪，在介绍自己的基本情况时面无表情、语调生硬;在谈及优点时眉飞色舞、兴奋不已;而在谈论缺点时无精打采、萎靡不振，这些都是不成熟的表现。对于表达，建议阿宏可以找自己的朋友练习一下，也可以先对着镜子练习几遍，再去面试。

第一步：为自己准确定位。

先要了解自己本行业的行情，包括公司信息、招聘需求、职位要求、薪资福利等，基本上知道了什么公司好，什么职位有怎样的要求，哪些公司的工资高，面试笔试考些什么内容，需要注意什么事项。

第三步：选好实习单位。

用人单位非常看重你的实际工作经验，特别是如果你在实习或者实验的项目中所扮演的角色和你以后申请的职位相吻合，那么被录用的几率就相当高。要做销售的话，如果能有实际工作经验肯定是最好的，这也是许多公司在招聘信息里所强调的优势。因此，我联系到了一些公司实习，做过销售工程师，这对于我的帮助很大。

寻找实习单位可以通过以下途径：

1.登录各大高校bbs的job版，或者查看报纸招聘广告。一般从1月份开始就有些大公司招收实习生做项目，可以试试。

2.直接登录自己心仪的大公司的网站，在工作信息栏搜索实习生的职位，有的大公司不喜欢到校园bbs上面发广告，但是它们也会提供实习机会。

3.老师推荐或亲戚朋友、师兄师姐推荐。

面试中自我介绍四禁忌

一、尽量少用 \" 我 \" 这个字眼

燕子当时是这样做自我介绍的： \" 我叫某某，毕业于某校某系我的特长是 --- 我的爱好是 --- 我 ---\" 一连串的 \" 我 \" ！说着说着，她发现面试官的脸色越来越难看。

分析：人们一般讨厌把 \" 我 \" 字放在嘴边，在自我介绍的开端如果连续三句都用 \" 我 \" 做开端面试官一般认为你是一个极端自私自利，自以为是的自我中心者。

出招：最好的办法是，把 \" 我 \" 字开头的话题，转为你字开头， \" 你想了解我的个人爱好，还是与工作有关的问题？ \" 您说呢？你认为怎么样？等等

二、把好事留后头

面试一开始，许多面试者就迫不及待的将自己的 \" 光辉历史 \" 一一历数，扬扬万里。

分析：这不是明智的做法，容易给面试官一种自吹自擂，夸夸其谈的感觉。 出招：好事应该留在后面说。尽量给人一种诚实谦虚的印象，使面试管对你刮目相看。或者将之换作一个话题，引起面试管兴趣，来主动问你。

三、给自己留条后路

为了证明自己 \" 对这个企业的价值 \" ，作为一个刚从高校毕业的学生，燕子夸下海口： \" 一年内，我能实现 500 万的利润！ \"

分析：殊不知，该企业业务比较分散，经验丰富的市场人员，一年的业绩能逾 500 万者也寥寥无几。面试管非常反感，问她 \" 是否了解公司最近的动向 \" 。 \" 具体方案是什么 \" ，燕子张口结实。

出招：有些没办法确定的话题，先不要做出夸口。就是对自己能力有充分信心，也要有所保留，话不能说得太满。

四、语言简洁，语气明快

燕子是这样介绍自己的： \" 我出生在海边，那儿风景优美 ---\"

分析：应试者经常以为，这样的开头，形象生动，会给面试官留下深刻印象。殊不知，透过罗嗦的语言，面试官会发现应试者缺乏概括能力，并且，连他提问的用意都理解不了。

出招：面试官不会想要了解你的成长经历，他想知道的是，你是否适合这份工作。所以，语言尽量简洁明快，要有条理性。千万不要采用 \" 浪漫主意 \" 的描述手法。
