小孩学习课程该由政府制定还是由老师制定？（英语作文）

Nowadays,children\'s education is regarded as a basic item of the public service.As schooling is the fundamental part in modern education,the chosen of children\'ubject is one of important thing during the schooling.Many people think the chosen should be made by the central government,while,others gue the right might be given to the adult around children,the teacher.In my view,that the teacher have the chosen right is more wisely.

To begin with,teachers appreciate children more clearly than the authorities.They know what curriculum the student adapted to and what subject the students really need.What is more,the chosen of subject must be accorded with children in different age,which means it should be in keeping with their mind.The subjects children learn determine not only what they can get but also their future development.So the teacher rather than the politician have the ability to set up the subject that can promote the student\'s physical and emotional development.The most important is that,teachers can put morals into their subject to make everystudents understand the meaning of their lives.

However,authorities can receive much information of the progreion of the country.They know which aspect the society lack and what we needfor which subjectwill provide.The subjects they select are more focus on technology and culture.But now teachers can also receive all kinds of meages through the new media.They can also take the modern things into their teaching subject.They can fix these problems.

In conclusion,I think teachers are more suitable than politicians to choose the subject for children.And from this way children will get more balanced promoting.
