如何用英文主持远程会议?How to Host a Teleconference in English?

随着劳动力的日趋全球化,远程会议变得越来越普遍。如何有效推动远程的互动过程,而不是让自己看起来不能完全掌控局面,这是一项关键技能。当我们在地域分布性更强的跨国公司中工作时,其重要性变得与日俱增。

因此,在远程会议主持中,不妨考虑以下一些要点:

•在会议开始前,向大家分发带有序号的会议提纲,这样可以明确表明为什么每个人的参与都是必要的,而且大家会在会议过程中遵守它。如果没有给人们一个好的理由来参加会议,他们很容易就会走神。

•由于无法用身体语言和面部表情来帮助你打断喋喋不休的发言者,要使用某种系统来保证每个人都有发言的机会。

•在会议开始之前,要明确知道你的桌面共享连接的后勤信息,这样当会议开始后,你就不必花费宝贵的时间来同步每个人的参与了。

•不要共享你的整个桌面,如果不能避免的话,要知道你在进行演示时,会议参与者可能会发现颜色上的差异,或是网络延迟。
