摘要

本工程为西安市某小区18班初级中学教学楼结构设计，工程采用框架结构，本教学楼一共四层，每层层高为3.6米。抗震设防烈度为6度，耐火等级为1级，防水等级为1级，屋顶设有女儿墙。设有2条变形缝。施工方法采用现浇整体式。

在设计中，主要围绕“安全、经济、美观”为设计目的进行施工，在材料选用中，选用不仅适用性强，而且价格实惠的材料。各道施工工序、以及施工方法不仅按照规范，而且要结合施工现场特点去顺利完成。

设计中，先确定框架布局，然后计算各类荷载，接着计算重力荷载代表值，接着计算梁柱线刚度，接着计算柱子水平侧移，进而算出自震周期。按照竖向荷载计算结构内力。最后完成梁板柱配筋计算。绘制配筋图。

在整个建筑设计和结构设计中，都要按规范进行，每一步计算都要细心，争取做到万无一失。每一步设计都要考虑到如何才能更加有利于同学们学习，为同学们设计一个安全、舒适、温馨的环境。

一份合理的设计是施工现场必不可少的依据。
