须知Notice/Explanation：

1.The Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person is the certificate of an enterprise as a legal person and its legal operations.

2.The Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person has two copies: an Original and a Duplicate which have the equal legal effect.

3.The Original Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person should be placed visibly in the company\'s busine site.

4.The Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person is prohibited to be forged, altered, lent or transferred.

5.In case the enterprise is going to alter the items on its registered license, it shall submit an application to the registration authority for an altered Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person.

6.The enterprise shall carry out an annual inspection organized by the registration authority at a time between March 1 and June 30.

7.In case the Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person is withdrawn, the enterprise is not permitted to operate other busine unrelated to liquidation.

8.When the enterprise goes through the procedure where the Busine License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person is written off, the original and the duplicate copies shall be handed in.
