Abstract

摘要在国务院颁布的《关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》中,明确指出:“学 前教育仍然是各级各类教育中的薄弱环节,主要表现为教育资源短缺、投入不足,师资队伍不健全,体制机制不完善,城乡区域发展不均衡,一些地方‘入园难’问题突出。”。China state council iued the Several Opinions on the Current Development of Pre-school Education which clearly proposed that pre-school education face many crises such as a difficulty of many child stay outside pre-school education system, the shortage of education fund and kindergarten teachers, without perfect mechanism of pre-school teacher and early education system, without-balanced education development in the different area .(第一段已经翻译完了。)

但同时也导致了大量编制外幼儿教师的产生。It also led to a lot of preparation produced outside the kindergarten teachers.本研究以不同形式幼儿园中的编外幼儿教师的职业认同作为切入口,研究编制外幼儿教师职业认同的总体现状及相关影响因素,为今后关于编制外幼儿教师(outside-teacher-formation of kindergarten teacher)的职业认同提供一定的理论基础。In this research, I take different forms of supernumerary kindergarten preschool teachers profeional identity as an entry point, the overall status of kindergarten teachers study prepared outside profeional identity and related factors, outside-teacher-formation of kindergarten teacher,the profeional identity provides a theoretical basis.本研究中的问卷上海华东师范大学的陈琳琳关于《上海市保育员职业认同的调查表》和上海华东师范大学的李小伟关于《非学前幼儿教师职业认同调查表》相关问卷内容,经过综合整理而成,只是做了很小的改动。In this study, a questionnaire of Shanghai East Normal University of China, Chen Linlin on \"Shanghai nursery profeionalidentity survey\" of East China Normal University and Li Xiaowei on \"non-pre-school preschool teacher profeional identity survey\" related questionnaire, madeafter a comprehensive finishing with a little changes.在重庆和成都辖区内用问卷调查的形式对269名幼儿教师进行了调查研究,其中,在编幼儿教师54人,编制外幼儿教师215名,对20名编制外幼儿教师进行了访谈。对于收集到的数据运用了SPSS21.0数据分析软件进行了系统性分析后(不会

(一)、从本研究范围来看,编外幼儿教师职业认同总体水平较高。从本研究的结果来看,编制外幼儿教师职业认同的均值M=4.10,略高于理论中位数M=4.06(Sample median;)。高于编制内幼儿教师的职业认同水平(M=4.06)。

(二)、编外幼儿教师职业认同总体水平呈现“虚高”(virtual height)状态。主要原因是编制外幼儿教师缺乏对幼儿教师职业认同的深度认识,导致了这种情况的产生。From the scope of the study, preschool teachers‘profeional identity supernumerary is higher overall level.From the results, the preparation of profeional identity outside the kindergarten teachers mean M = 4.10, slightly higher than the theoretical median M = 4.06 (Sample median ;).Higher than in the preparation of preschool teachers profeional identity (M = 4.06).(Two), supernumerary preschool teacher profeional identity presents the overall level of \"High\" (virtual height) state.The main reason is the lack of depth in the preparation of preschool teachers outside the knowledge of early childhood teachers\' profeional identity, led to the emergence of this situation.(这个是问的朋友,都不太专业)

(三)、编外幼儿教师职业认同在幼儿园性质、幼儿园等级、教师年龄和教龄、职称和职务、工资、专业和是否为师范这几个变量上差异显著,而编制外幼儿教师的学历的差异性不明显。其中,幼儿园性质、教师年龄和教龄、职称和职务对编外幼儿教师的职业情感和职业归属感影响最大。Teachers’ ages and seniority, job title and duties, salaries, profeional, and whether the differences on several variables significantly.Among them, the nature of the kindergarten teachers age and seniority, job titles and the greatest impact on supernumerary kindergarten teachers and profeional occupations emotional sense of belonging.对于编外幼儿教师出现的这些职业认同的特征,笔者提出了以下整改意见:

(一)、建立完善科学的编外幼儿教师入职制度和管理制度标准,从严执行。
