为了提高学生“说”的能力，我们采用了“课前三分钟演讲”。具体做法是：每堂语文课在讲授新课前按学号排，由一名学生演讲，然后根据这名同学的演讲，由学生或老师做简短的讲评。坚持由易到难的原则，开始时，站在座位上讲，后来到台上讲，从自由讲话逐渐发展为命题讲话，即兴演讲。内容可讲所闻所见所感。这样一学期经过筛选把较好的演讲稿装订成册，定题为“撷英——高一演讲集锦”，印发给学生。

“课前三分钟演讲”有哪些好处呢？

首先，它训练了学生的语言表达能力。学生在限定的时间内把准备好的内容表达出来。要求明了、轻快、准确、令人信服。通过演讲，学生内在的表达能力在教师和全体同学面前真实地外传。“三分钟演讲”使学生比较准确地了解自己表达能力。如在讲话中语言是否准确，吐字是否清楚，声音是否宏亮，节奏是否合适，声调是否恰当，表情是否自然，感情是否真实等。在讲话中，学生看到了别人，也看到了自己，讲评别人的同时，也在规范着自己。 其次，它有助于提高学生的写作能力。如果按传统的教学方法，每人每学期写作文八篇，提高学生的写作能力，效果总是不甚明显。通过“课前三分钟演讲”有助于提高学生的写作能力，因为学生要想三分钟演讲取得较好的成绩，必须演讲前要组织好材料，经过立意，构思成文，最后修改成稿。因而说的过程，也是写的过程，要想说好必须写好，不能应付，这样就能调动学生的积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣。经过一个学期的训练，学生的作文水平大有提高。

第三，“课前三分钟演讲”为进行思想教育创造了一个生动活泼的局面，开辟了一条新途径。因为学生演讲内容摄取身边所见、所闻、所感，内容丰富多彩。诸如理想抱负、人生价值、社会生活

现象、个人生活感受、班级活动、家庭关系、读书心得、理论研究、学生之间关系等，这都对学生思想有教育意义。如涓涓细流，渗入心田。

第四，“课前三分钟演讲”锻炼了学生逻辑思维。为了准备演讲，学生要选择材料和组织材料，进行认真地思考。先说什么，后说什么，怎样开头，怎样结尾，怎样提出问题，怎样进行论述，这些都要进行认识、分析、归纳、推理、判断等各种形式的思维活动。此外，“课前三分钟演讲”还能拓宽学生的知识面，培养他们敏捷的思维能力。

1、断箭

不相信自己的意志，永远也做不成将军。

春秋战国时代，一位父亲和他的儿子出征打战。父亲已做了将军，儿子还只是马前卒。又一阵号角吹响，战鼓雷鸣了，父亲庄严地托起一个箭囊，其中插着一只箭。父亲郑重对儿子说：“这是家袭宝箭，配带身边，力量无穷，但千万不可抽出来。”

5、飞翔的蜘蛛

信念是一种无坚不催的力量，当你坚信自己能成功时，你必能成功。

一天，我发现，一只黑蜘蛛在后院的两檐之间结了一张很大的网。难道蜘蛛会飞？要不，从这个檐头到那个檐头，中间有一丈余宽，第一根线是怎么拉过去的？后来，我发现蜘蛛走了许多弯路--从一个檐头起，打结，顺墙而下，一步一步向前爬，小心翼翼，翘起尾部，不让丝沾到地面的沙石或别的物体上，走过空地，再爬上对面的檐头，高度差不多了，再把丝收紧，以后也是如此。

温馨提示：蜘蛛不会飞翔，但它能够把网凌结在半空中。它是勤奋、敏感、沉默而坚韧的昆虫，它的网制得精巧而规矩，八卦形地张开，仿佛得到神助。这样的成绩，使人不由想起那些沉默寡言的人和一些深藏不露的智者。于是，我记住了蜘蛛不会飞翔，但它照样把网结在空中。奇迹是执着者造成的。

6、阴影是条纸龙

人生中，经常有无数来自外部的打击，但这些打击究竟会对你产生怎样的影响，最终决定权在你手中。

祖父用纸给我做过一条长龙。长龙腹腔的空隙仅仅只能容纳几只蝗虫，投放进去，它们都在里面死了，无一幸免！祖父说：“蝗虫性子太躁，除了挣扎，它们没想过用嘴巴去咬破长龙，也不知道一直向前可以从另一端爬出来。因而，尽管它有铁钳般的嘴壳和锯齿一般的大腿，也无济于事。

”当祖父把几只同样大小的青虫从龙头放进去，然后关上龙头，奇迹出现了：仅仅几分钟，小青虫们就一一地从龙尾爬了出来。

温馨提示：命运一直藏匿在我们的思想里。许多人走不出人生各个不同阶段或大或小的阴影，并非因为他们天生的个人条件比别人要差多远，而是因为他们没有思想要将阴影纸龙咬破，也没有耐心慢慢地找准一个方向，一步步地向前，直到眼前出现新的洞天。

7、成功并不像你想像的那么难

并不是因为事情难我们不敢做，而是因为我们不敢做事情才难的。

1965年，一位韩国学生到剑桥大学主修心理学。在喝下午茶的时候，他常到学校的咖啡厅或茶座听一些成功人士聊天。这些成功人士包括诺贝尔奖获得者，某一些领域的学术权威和一些创造了经济神话的人，这些人幽默风趣，举重若轻，把自己的成功都看得非常自然和顺理成章。时间长了，他发现，在国内时，他被一些成功人士欺骗了。那些人为了让正在创业的人知难而退，普遍把自己的创业艰辛夸大了，也就是说，他们在用自己的成功经历吓唬那些还没有取得成功的人。

作为心理系的学生，他认为很有必要对韩国成功人士的心态加以研究。1970年，他把《成功并不像你想像的那么难》作为毕业论文，提交给现代经济心理学的创始人威尔布雷登教授。布雷登教授读后，大为惊喜，他认为这是个新发现，这种现象虽然在东方甚至在世界各地普遍存在，但此前还没有一个人大胆地提出来并加以研究。惊喜之余，他写信给他的剑桥校友--当时正坐在韩国政坛第一把交椅上的人--朴正熙。他在信中说，“我不敢说这部著作对你有多大的帮助，但我敢肯定它比你的任何一个政令都能产生震动。”

后来这本书果然伴随着韩国的经济起飞了。这本书鼓舞了许多人，因为他们从一个新的角度告诉人们，成功与“劳其筋骨，饿其体肤”、“三更灯火五更鸡”、“头悬梁，锥刺股”没有必然的联系。只要你对某一事业感兴趣，长久地坚持下去就会成功，因为上帝赋予你的时间和智慧够你圆满做完一件事情。后来，这位青年也获得了成功，他成了韩国泛业汽车公司的总裁。

温馨提示：人世中的许多事，只要想做，都能做到，该克服的困难，也都能克服，用不着什

么钢铁般的意志，更用不着什么技巧或谋略。只要一个人还在朴实而饶有兴趣地生活着，他终究会发现，造物主对世事的安排，都是水到渠成的。

8、永远的坐票

生活真是有趣：如果你只接受最好的，你经常会得到最好的。

有一个人经常出差，经常买不到对号入坐的车票。可是无论长途短途，无论车上多挤，他总能找到座位。

他的办法其实很简单，就是耐心地一节车厢一节车厢找过去。这个办法听上去似乎并不高明，但却很管用。每次，他都做好了从第一节车厢走到最后一节车厢的准备，可是每次他都用不着走到最后就会发现空位。他说，这是因为像他这样锲而不舍找座位的乘客实在不多。经常是在他落座的车厢里尚余若干座位，而在其他车厢的过道和车厢接头处，居然人满为患。

他说，大多数乘客轻易就被一两节车厢拥挤的表面现象迷惑了，不大细想在数十次停靠之中，从火车十几个车门上上下下的流动中蕴藏着不少提供座位的机遇；即使想到了，他们也没有那一份寻找的耐心。眼前一方小小立足之地很容易让大多数人满足，为了一两个座位背负着行囊挤来挤去有些人也觉得不值。他们还担心万一找不到座位，回头连个好好站着的地方也没有了。与生活中一些安于现状不思进取害怕失败的人，永远只能滞留在没有成功的起点上一样，这些不愿主动找座位的乘客大多只能在上车时最初的落脚之处一直站到下车。

9、心中的顽石

阻碍我们去发现、去创造的，仅仅是我们心理上的障碍和思想中的顽石。

从前有一户人家的菜园摆着一颗大石头，宽度大约有四十公分，高度有十公分。到菜园的人，不小心就会踢到那一颗大石头，不是跌倒就是擦伤。

儿子问：“爸爸，那颗讨厌的石头，为什么不把它挖走？”

爸爸这么回答：“你说那颗石头喔？从你爷爷时代，就一直放到现在了，它的体积那么大，不知道要挖到到什么时候，没事无聊挖石头，不如走路小心一点，还可以训练你的反应能力。”

过了几年，这颗大石头留到下一代，当时的儿子娶了媳妇，当了爸爸。

有一天媳妇气愤地说：“爸爸，菜园那颗大石头，我越看越不顺眼，改天请人搬走好了。”爸爸回答说：“算了吧！那颗大石头很重的，可以搬走的话在我小时候就搬走了，哪会让它留到现在啊？”

媳妇心底非常不是滋味，那颗大石头不知道让她跌倒多少次了。

有一天早上，媳妇带着锄头和一桶水，将整桶水倒在大石头的四周。

十几分钟以后，媳妇用锄头把大石头四周的泥土搅松。

媳妇早有心理准备，可能要挖一天吧，谁都没想到几分钟就把石头挖起来，看看大小，这颗石头没有想像的那么大，都是被那个巨大的外表蒙骗了。

温馨提示：你抱着下坡的想法爬山，便无从爬上山去。如果你的世界沉闷而无望，那是因为你自己沉闷无望。改变你的世界，必先改变你自己的心态。

10、追求忘我

不要把自己当做鼠，否则肯定被猫吃。

1858年，瑞典的一个富豪人家生下了一个女儿。然而不久，孩子染患了一种无法解释的瘫痪症，丧失了走路的能力。

一次，女孩和家人一起乘船旅行。船长的太太给孩子讲船长有一只天堂鸟，她被这只鸟的描述迷住了，极想亲自看一看。于是保姆把孩子留在甲板上，自己去找船长。孩子耐不住性子等待，她要求船上的服务生立即带她去看天堂鸟。那服务生并不知道她的腿不能走路，而只顾带着她一道去看那只美丽的小鸟。奇迹发生了，孩子因为过度地渴望，竟忘我地拉住服务生的手，慢慢地走了起来。从此，孩子的病便痊愈了。女孩子长大后，又忘我地投入到文学创作中，最后成为第一位荣获诺贝尔文学奖的女性，也就是茜尔玛·拉格萝芙。

Once upon a time, there was a sad elephant.He was dirty and stinky, because he could not reach to wash his back.All the other animals didn’t play with him because he was smelly.

随着年龄渐长，经历的世事渐多，就发现这个世界的问题了。这个世界问题越来越多，越来越复杂，经常是黑白颠倒，是非混淆，无理走遍天下，有理寸步难行，好人无好报，恶人活千年。进入这个阶段，人是激愤的，不平的，忧虑的，疑问的，警惕的，复杂的。人不愿意再轻易地相信什么。人到了这个时候看山也感慨，看水也叹息，借古讽今，指桑骂槐。山自然不再是单纯的山，水自然不再是单纯的水。一切的一切都是人的主观意志的载体，所谓“好风凭借力，送我上青云”。一个人倘若停留在人生的这一阶段，那就苦了这条性命了。人就会这山望了那山高，不停地攀登，争强好胜，与人比较，怎么做人，如何处世，绞尽脑汁，机关算尽，永无休止和满足的过着每一天。因为这个世界原本就是一个圆，人外还有人，天外还有天，循环往复，绿水长流。而人的生命是短暂的有限的，哪里能够去与永恒和无限计较呢？

许多人到了人生的第二重境界就到了人生的终点。追求一生．劳碌一生，心高气傲一生，最后发现自己并没有达到自己的理想，于是抱恨终生。但是有些人通过自己的修练，终于把自己提升到了第三重人生境界。茅塞顿开，回归自然。人这个时候便会专心致志做自己应该做的事情，不与旁人有任何计较。任你红尘滚滚，我自清风朗月。面对芜杂世俗之事，一笑了之，这个时候的人看山又是山，看水又是水了。正是：人本是人，不必刻意去做人；世本是世，无须精心去处世；便也就是真正的做人与处世了。

第19篇：三分钟演讲

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是《我的中国心》。

“河山只在我梦萦，祖国已多年未亲近，可是不管怎样也改变不了我的中国心……”我们也许不曾听闻过这首老歌，因为历史的硝烟已离我们远去，2101世纪的我们又被赋予新的责任。今天在这里，请允许我捧出我在新世纪里的中国心……

爷爷告诉过我：曾几何时，我们的祖国饱经沧桑，历尽磨难，她成了帝国主义倾销鸦片的场所，成了军阀混战的战场，成了帝国主义瓜分世界的赌场，成了野心家们争权夺势的赛场。她曾遍体鳞伤，千疮百孔。是中华儿女，他们用一股股豪情，一片片忠心，发出了一声声震荡环宇的呐喊，抒写了一首首大海回波的壮歌。正是有了祖国几代人的痛苦、辛酸和血泪，数万万同胞的艰苦奋斗，才有了我们现如今的幸福生活。看吧，今天的中国正以惊人的速度向前飞奔，经济飞速发展，科技硕果累累，教育日新月异，体育突飞猛进，08奥运的成功举办，神州7号的升空……多次成为世人瞩目的焦点，我们自豪万分。这是中华儿女智慧的结晶，这更是离不开他们的那颗中国心。

然而，数风流人物，还看今朝，我们不能活在过去的荣耀里。少年强则国强，少年智则国智，祖国人民在期盼着我们，时代赋予我们新的责任和使命，我们怎能忘记 当然不能。那就让我们行动起来，以饱满的热情，昂扬的斗志去刻苦学习，以优异的成绩报效我们的祖国，这是我在2101世纪里的中国心。

祖国在我心中--小学生爱国演讲稿

我有一个妈妈，妈妈有两个女儿。我有一个母亲，母亲却有十三亿的孩子，那就是我的母亲 —— 中国。

绵延几千年，悠悠中华魂。在几千年的历史长河中有一条巨龙屹立在世界的东放那句是我最深爱着的祖国——我的母亲——中国。

历史不会忘记，西方烈强用尖船利炮轰开了 中国的大门，侵略者的铁蹄肆意践踏着您的恬静。火烧圆明园，南京大屠杀。每一个有良知的中国人，脸上流着泪，心中淌着血，为了神圣不可侵犯得祖国，他们在黑暗中摸索，在屈辱中抗争，抛头颅，洒热血，倒下的是身躯，挺起的是脊梁。六十二年前的那个十月一日，**城楼上那气壮山河的巨人呐喊震惊了全世界，扬眉了中国人。那一头沉睡的东方雄狮，峡带着顽强不息的精神，点燃了民族曾经暗淡的灵魂，温暖了一度冰冷的身躯，挺起了一直佝偻着的中国的脊梁。

回首过去，我们豪情万丈，我们胸怀祖国放眼世界，我们眼里充盈着兴奋激动的泪光。

辉煌的六十二年，祖国的变化日新月异，走向中国的脚步迈的更加坚定，更加豪迈，更加铿锵。

我庆幸，我骄傲，我自豪。我庆幸，我能沐浴几千年的灿烂文化；我骄傲，我能够聆听到伟大共产党吹响民族复兴的号角；我自豪，我生长在一个充满和谐统一，科技发展，民族团结奋进的大家庭。

各位老师、同学们：

大家好!今天，我演讲的题目是“养成良好的习惯”。

有这样一个故事：很久之前，有个小和尚，想学会理发来帮寺庙的和尚剃发。因而他就开始用冬瓜练习，只是每次打水洗冬瓜时总要顺手把剃刀插到冬瓜上。没多久就学会了如何剃发,当他第一次帮人剃发，往打水洗头时，“顺手”把剃刀插了上往。结果可想而知，小和尚成了杀人犯。

究竟是甚么给小和尚的一片好心带来害人害已的结果呢?

答案很简单。就是由于他用冬瓜作练习时养成了把剃刀插向冬瓜的习惯，虽然为自己的师兄剃发时心里想着这是人不是冬瓜，但手却不听使唤，习惯性地把刀插了上往，因此，是那个小小的坏习惯害了他。

固然这个故事有几分夸大，我们也不可能会是一个为他人理发的小和尚。可是同学们，你们有无类似的坏习惯呢?比如：随地吐痰、随便骂人、说脏话、随手乱扔乱撂、常常大声喧哗、在楼道里追逐打闹、自习课上说话等，假如有，它们早晚会给你带来或大或小的麻烦。

这个故事再一次告诫我们：坏的习惯一旦养成，即便是很小的，也不轻易改掉，终究会给自己和他人带来危害。

所以，我们平时要养成一些好的习惯，良好的习惯能够使我们在各个方面收获颇丰：平时不浪费一分一秒，努力学习就会使成绩上升;尽自己的一份力维持班级的卫生，就很有可能使班集体成为“卫生模范班”，假如每一个同学都这样，学校也会变得干净漂亮，我们在其中学习、生活也会心情愉快;平时坚持锻炼身体，就可能在运动会上一展风采;帮同学讲授题目，或许会使自己有新的发现;在家中帮父母做一些力所能及的家务，自己能做的事自己做，不给父母增加没必要要的麻烦……

同学们，良好的习惯是成功的一半，养成良好的习惯，从现在，从自我开始吧!

第20篇：三分钟演讲

起因是去年初被男友甩了，然后开始每学期拿奖学金（持续三学期了）。因为做任何事都是有一个契机的，譬如周围有人得了胆结石，我开始注重饮水质量；暗恋的人喜欢健身，你就开始每天跑步等。我现在每天白天学习任务完成后，10点到楼下自习室看书到12点有时甚至一点，不为什么应试，只是习惯了，享受那种掌握知识的感觉。做一个学霸，首先应当意识到知识的重要性，其次就是养成固定的学习时间和习惯。但是最重要的就是，祝愿你遇到那个契机

不要说什么「勤奋」、「刻苦」、「坚持」、「努力」，如果你做不到后面的第二点，那你就必须要明确你的功利心。

大学后能看到身边许多学霸每天早出晚归，几乎看不到他们在寝室里，很早就去图书馆看书、背GRE。他们的目标很明确——出国。所以各种刷GPA，各种考托福、GRE。因为这是出国的必须桥梁。他们大多数人每天背那么多单词，并不一定是真的热爱美国文化、热爱英语，每天在实验室呆那么久也并非是真的有多热爱实验——他们明白，只有这样，他们才能完成自己的出国梦，所以他们必须坚持。

你坚持不下去，是因为你没有一个固定的目标。但你有一个固定的目标驱使着，你便不得不去努力地做。

辛苦吗？当然辛苦。难吗？当然难。累吗？当然累。

如果你想当学霸，确定第一条，你一定要有一颗功利心。否则，你很容易半途而废。 我不是矫情，也不是煽情，我是说真的。

单纯的功利心会迫使你上路，但如果完完全全是功利心，你很容易走不下去。

我相信许多人背GRE考托福都是为了出国。但我也同时相信，当大家都在抄实验报告的时候，而某些学霸坚持要自己写，可最后最多也就比我们高出五分时……他们的出发点，绝不仅仅是为了多出的那五分。

我曾经有幸跟那位张同学同组做过电工实验，他很细心，很认真，指导书上圈圈画画做了许多笔记。这门课大家都是混混的，最后评分几乎都是80多分，根本没什么差距——如果真是功利心的话，他应该把这份心思花在别的地方。

可他仍是很用心。

与其说他是对哪门课用心，还不如说他是对学习这件事很用心。凡事需要用到的、课程安排了的，他都会很用心。

如果不是有深刻的爱恋的话，我想不出还有别的什么原因。

我记得初中的时候有个老师跟我们讲过「兴趣是最好的老师」。如果你喜欢一件事，你才会乐于去做一件事。

所以，如果你想要成为学霸，至少，对学习有那么一点的爱。这一点爱，便足以支撑你到未来。没有爱，你会走得很辛苦。
