XUE YU SI EDUCATION Employment Agreement

I.The two parties of agreement.Party A（signature）：_________Party B（signature）：_________

II._______has engaged_________(nationality) ________（English name）________（Chinese name）as_________teacher，Both parties, in line with the principles of legality, fairne, equality, mutual agreement, honesty, and trustworthine, on a voluntary basis, and in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfill all the obligations stipulated hereinafter.

III.The duration of service is from ___,___,_____to ___,___,_____.

IV.The Party A pays the Party B a salary of RMBper hour.Each cla lasts two hours with a 5-10 minutes break.The cla time is from 10 to 12 a.m.on Saturday morning.

V.Party A’s Obligations:

1．Party A shall provide Party B with neceary working conditions.

2．Party A shall conduct regular supervision, inspection and review of Party B’s working performance.

3.Party A shall pay Party B’s salary as scheduled, settlement should be made at the end of the month every month, Party A shall pay Party B’s salary before the 10th of next month.

VI.Party B’s Obligations:

1.Party B shall fulfill the tasks aigned to him/her with high standards within the prescribed timeframe.

2.If party B is unable to perform this contract due to special reason, Party B has the responsibility to introduce another foreign teacher for party A, until the foreign teacher meets party A’s satisfaction.

3.If there are unexpected events happen to Party B, such as: Party B get otherthings to do, sick leave or other activities, which result in normal teaching can not be guaranteed.Party B should inform Party A at least two days in advance.Otherwise, Party A can deduct at least RMB 200 from Party B’s salary every time.

VII.Revision, Cancellation and Termination of the Contract:

1．Both parties shall abide by the contract and shall refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.

2．This contract can be revised, canceled and terminated with mutual consent.Before both parties have reached an agreement, the contract shall be strictly observed.

3.Under the following conditions, Party A shall have the right to inform Party B in writing of the cancellation of this contract:

a.Party B fails to fulfill this contract or the obligations and agreed conditions as herein

stipulated, and fails to amend his/her actions after Party A has pointed it out;

b.On the basis of the physician’s diagnosis, Party B fails to resume normal work after a sick leave for a period of succeive 30 days

4.If Party A fails to pay Party B as scheduled, Party B has the right to inform Party A in writing of the cancellation of this contract

Ⅷ.Under the following conditions, Party A shall have the right to deduct RMB50-200 from Party B’s salary in that month, if the circumstances are serious, Party A may unilaterally terminate the contract:

a.Be late for cla,left early, absence, or leave the claroom optionally.

b.Not to perform procedures, change or suspend the cla without authorization.

c.Suspending the cla more than two times (including two times )with normal

procedure

d.Giving lectures without teaching plan.

e.Fail to perform the contract or break the rules of the training center.

Ⅸ.This contract shall take effect upon being signed by both parties and shall be automatically terminated upon expiration.When either party requires signing a renewed contract, it shall forward its request to the other party 60 days prior to the expiration of this contract, and both parties shall sign the new contract through consultations and mutual consent.

This contract is signed by both parties on___,___,_____ (date).This contract is in duplicate, each in both Chinese and English versions, and both shall take effect upon being signed at the same time.

学与思教育聘用外籍教师协议

作为一名英语教师。双方在合法，公平，平等，互利以及诚实，互信，在双方自愿的基础上，秉承友好合作的精神，同意签署该协议以此督促双方完成各自协议中所规定的义务和职责。

4.甲方支付给乙方每个小时______ 人民币，每次课按两个小时标准。每周一次课。上课
