一、岗位职责:

1、独立进行国内外市场方向拓展,新渠道开发,通过对相关行业的市场进行摸底,选择目标客户。

2、独立开发与公司产业链业务相关的项目,通过公开,透明的合作实现长期发展;

3、反馈市场信息,参与产品研发工作,并积极配合公司相应的市场活动。

4、定期将区域内市场上的客户意见,需求等反馈给公司以使公司了解市场行情,与时俱进。

二、岗位要求:通过

1、要求英语水平达到沟通无障碍;

2、有家电及汽车行业市场开发经验者优先;

3、有国外市场开发经验或有国外相关业务者优先;

4、有冲压、注塑、组装等相关业务客户或有相关社会资源及人脉关系者优先考虑;

5、能独立去开发客户、维护客户,知道客户的需求以及想法,能独立帮助客户去举办各种活动协调好关系;

6、具备独立开拓能力,有敏锐的市场洞察力;具备良好的公关能力及业务谈判能力;

7、具备良好的职业操守、敬业精神与责任感,及团队协作精神;

Busine Development Manager I: Job Description 1) Develop new busine both on national and overseas market, to select potential customers through investigations for related industry 2) Develop new project which is linked with current industry chain, to achieve fair and transparent cooperation for long-lasting growth prospects 3) Market analysis and feedback, product development and participate in the marketing activities

4) Provide and communicate ongoing regional market research to continuously adapt to current and future market conditions and requirements.

II: Job Requirements 1) English fluent in writing and speaking 2) Experience in home appliance and automotive industry is preferred 3) Preferably experienced for overseas busine development or with foreign customer

4) Well understand and known market and industry for stamping, plastic injection, and aembly, give priority to those who have running social resources and relationships

5) Develop and maintain customer independently ,work closely with customer in strategic marketing to ensure high levels of client satisfaction 6) Conduct market surveys, to understand the voice of the customers, their met and unmet needs by contextual interviews.7) Analysis sales channels, designs marketing campaigns 8) Market intelligence collection, a healthy curiosity and persistence in collecting information 9) High integrity and high strength in character, great communication skills, strong team building mind III: Salary negotiable (entrepreneurial opportunity)
