第一：只有在移动破碎站正常开始工作运行的时候，才可以投入物料进行生产。
第二：被破碎的物料必须均匀的放入到破碎腔内，绝对不可以把物料从侧方向加入，也不可堆满物料，这样就不会引起移动破碎站单边过载或者承受过载的压力。

第三：在移动破碎站设备正常工作的时候，轴承的温度绝对不可以超过30度，最高温度也不得超过70度，如果在工作期间，碎石机的温度超过了上述温度，必须马上停止工作进行检查。查明原因之后，必须立即采取措施进行解决。
第四：在移动破碎站停止工作之前，必须先停止加料，等待破碎腔内的物料全部被排除之后，才可以关闭电源。这样做不容易导致破碎腔内的堵塞现象的发生。

第六：移动破碎站设备在使用了一段时间后，一定要进行保养和维护，检查各个部件的稳固情况。
