In order to know about girl students’ opinion about love and life, a survey with girl students was conducted in 2005 in two universities — Chongqing University of Technology and Busine and East China Normal University.The survey sought answers to two questions: What do you look for first in a boyfriend? What’s the most important thing for a happy life? About one third of the students chose personality as the top factor in choosing a boyfriend, followed by 27 percent focusing on abilities.Next came common interests and goals, favoured by 17 percent, with only 14 percent of students claiming appearance to be uppermost in their minds.Fewer still, 11 percent, rated economic status as the first consideration.As to their views about a happy life, nearly seventy percent of the girls attached the greatest importance to marriage and family.“Career” was given top priority by just under 20 percent, while even fewer, around 9 percent, believed that money was the key to a happy life.

九A英语组
本次英语月考以考查主要考查学生基础知识和基本技能的运用。主客观题型相结合，有基础考察的题目也有拔高创新的题目，内容丰富。
（一）我们英语组针对主要得失分情况及原因做了如下分析:
1、单项选择：
这个题目相对来说难度不大，但是学生仍然失分较多。以16班为例，20 个单选，全对的只有4人，得分17分以上有33%，27%的学生得分在10分以下。本大题有70%的试题在书上出现过，这也说明了学生学的知识不扎实，课后复习跟不上去。
2、单词拼写：
本题考察基础知识，所选的单词全部是书上的黑体字部分。以16班为例，81人当中，满分的只有8人，错一个的有4人，还有5人全错。也就是说有一部分人上课根本是什么也不懂。
3、阅读理解：
本次考试的阅读理解有四个，应该算是初三英语当中较容易的阅读了，可是学生在这一大题失分最多。由此可见，学生的英语阅读理解能力极差。主要考查学生的时态、语感，也是历来学生十分最多的两大项。现在看来，本次考试学生在阅读这一项上失分尤其多。
4、书面表达：
这个作文话题是课本提供的话题，学生的得分也不像往常的两极分化比较严重，这次的得分比较均匀地分布在各个分数上。我想这反映出学生学习英语并没有自己的思考，停留在照搬硬套的层次。
总体来说，这份试卷难度不算大，考查比较全面，学生对学习知识的遗忘和暂时遗忘导致的失分很多，这说明我们对学生的英语能力还是培养不到位。但是学生对于英语的接受能力、现有学习条件等等一系列问题都是不小的阻碍，我们还应该多尝试，更多的注意力放到学生能力的培养上。
（二）我们今后的教学措施：
首先，我们要注重基础知识的落实，但改善方法。我们对基础的落实总会选择不停重复，这是不利于学生的语言能力培养的。我想对于知识点我们的落实应该是像完成句子那样，运用需要掌握的语言点，让学生造句、学会表达，而不是总盯着课本上的几个句子。
第二，要根据学生的学习情况提供学习素材和帮助，关注不同层次。我们考试中反映出优秀率很低，因为平时没有把重心放在对于他们的帮助上，这些同学只学习这些基础的内容是远远不够的，他们有学习热情和能力需要被关注。每班还有十多个同学在60分以下，这些同学对英语学习完全没有兴趣，一方面需要我们静心设计教学过程，组织灵活多样的教学活动，促使每位学生积极参与；另一方面需要我们课后加强辅导，针对他们的情况安排力所能及的事情。
第三，在英语学习中渗透语法意识，比如动词填空、选词填空等题目，其实非常需要学生的这种意识。不要注重语法规则的介绍，要注意语言中语法的感知。
第四，关注英语语言能力培养。重情景、重交流、重表达，让学到的英语真正能用。我们很快就进入初四了，学生的阅读和综合表达能力的培养变得更重要了，让学生真正能表达自己的想法才是我们的目的。

Now they are working to develop two new nuclear weapons which they say we might use first.At home, the President and the Republican Congre have made equally fateful choices indeed.For the first time ever when America was on a war footing, there were two huge tax cuts, nearly half of which went to the top one percent.I’m in that group now for the first time in my life.
When I was in office, the Republicans were pretty mean to me.When I left and made money, I became part of the most important group in the world to them.At first I thought I should send them a thank you note—until I realized they were sending you the bill.
They protected my tax cuts while: · Withholding promised funding for the Leave No Child Behind Act, leaving over 2 million children behind · Cutting 140,000 unemployed workers out of job training · 100,000 working families out of child care aistance · 300,000 poor children out of after school programs · Raising out of pocket healthcare costs to veterans

On Homeland Security, Democrats tried to double the number of containers at ports and airports checked for Weapons of Ma Destruction.The one billion dollar cost would have been paid for by reducing the tax cut of 200,000 millionaires by five thousand dollars each.Almost all 200,000 of us would have been glad to pay 5,000 dollars to make the nearly 300 million Americans safer—but the measure failed because the White House and the Republican leadership in the House decided my tax cut was more important- If you agree with that choice, re-elect them.If not, give John Kerry and John Edwards a chance.
These policies have turned the projected 5.8 trillion dollar surplus we left—enough to pay for the baby boomers retirement—into a projected debt of nearly 5 trillion dollars, with a 400 plus billion dollar deficit this year and for years to come.How do they pay for it? First by taking the monthly surplus in Social Security payments and endorsing the checks of working people over to me to cover my tax cut.But it’s not enough.They are borrowing the rest from foreign governments, mostly Japan and China.Sure, they’re competing with us for good jobs but how can we enforce our trade laws against our bankers? If you think it’s good policy to pay for my tax cut with the Social Security checks of working men and women, and borrowed money from China, vote for them.If not, John Kerry’s your man.

（一）学生方面
1.基础知识学得不扎实，不背单词，单词量少，语法概念模糊，运用不准确，灵活性差；两极分化严重，很多学生产生厌学，平均分优秀率低，中等生很少，低分率高2.句子基本结构把握不好，综合运用能力不强，知识面狭窄，学东西死板，不能做到举一反三。3.阅读理解能力差，对不认识、不理解的单词和句子不能通过阅读去猜测或回避，不能带着问题去分析理解文中的关键句，平时阅读量少，缺乏必要的答题技巧和方法。4.针对性的听力训练少，缺乏技巧和方法。5.写作能力普遍差，词不成句，句不成文，且中式英语严重，语法和拼写等错误较多，卷面不整洁，字小不清晰。

三．今后的教学建议
1.继续狠抓基础知识的学习，打牢基本功，使学生把握一定的英语基础知识和听说读写能力。2.强化听读练习，努力培养语感。在教学中有意识地加强学生听读能力的练习和培养。抓早读，尽可能多地朗读和背诵词汇、对话以入短文，坚持课前听写，并充分利用课本中的听力部分，加强学生的听力技巧训练。
3.注重阅读教学，扩大词汇量增强语感。
4.继续加强书面训练，指导如何理解写作要求和运用提示材料，如何抓住要点，正确使用简单句，把句子串联起来，力求避免出现中式英语，语法书写等错误。

一、试卷整体情况
本次英语月考试题与中考试题模式基本一致，试题难易适中，严格遵循6︰3︰1的要求。该试题以课本为依托，重视语言知识的积累，同时突出语篇阅读，考查了初三英语上册1-2单元课本上的语言知识，让学生感到平时的教学与考试密切相关，从而促使他们重视平时的学习和考前的复习。
第一部分：听力（20分）
听力部分考查了学生的理解日常英语的能力，部分题目直接从录音对话中找到答案，但一些题目找不到直接的答案，学生必须通过思考，从词语释义、句意理解或段意理解等不同方式悟出正确的选择，内容难度不大，但语速比平常的考试要快些，大部分学生因基础知识欠熟练，而且没有掌握好答题技巧，所以因答题反应慢而失分，尤其是第四题短文理解错误率较高。说明学生的听力理解能力还待提高。
第二部分：知识运用（95分）
1、单项选择题（20分）本题共有20个小题，大部分题目都很简单，但部分考题不是孤立地考某一个语法知识点，而是将几个语法知识点放在一起，学生必须看懂题干的全部内容以后，经过思考方能选出正确答案，如第 20 小题：学生对if这个词的用法不够清楚，它在前一句中引导的是宾语从句，而在下一句中则引导的是条件状语从句，大部分学生丢了分。这说明学生对基础掌握的不牢固，不能灵活运用，有待于进一步提高。
2、完型填空（15分）难度适中，文章很容易读懂，但学生丢分较少。
3、阅读理解（40分）共有四篇，ABD篇较简单，所选的答题大体都能一目了然，学生做对率很高。但C篇考查细节和对全文的理解有些难度，由于学生不能理解文章具体含义，失分较大，反应出学生做题不够细心，不够耐心；也考察了学生智商的高低，同时也反映出学生缺乏一定的做题技巧。
4、改错题（10分）这个题失分较多，也是学生的一个薄弱环节。
5、书面表达（15分）题目是《怎样学好英语》
一、二班写得较好，整体水平都还不错。因为是刚刚学过的，也与他们的学习紧密相关。平行班级部分学生写得不错，但一个字不写，留空白的学生太多。这样也就降低了平均分。
总的来说，这次考试成绩属正常发挥，但离我们的期望值却还不够，优秀率偏低；低分较多，两极分化严重。通过整体的分析，反映了学生在学习中，运用知识去解决实际问题的能力较差，这与课后的练习有关，说明了部分学生对课后的练习作业不够重视、缺乏主动性，而且，解题的依赖性强，缺乏独立的思考能力，另外，对于一些相关的语法知识和句子的构成，学生的遗忘率也很高。
二、今后改进措施
第一、强化单词的记忆。
第二、抓好语法的复习，通过分析试题，教会学生学会归纳知识并如何把识记的内容用于实践中。
第三、完形填空及阅读理解部分，平时应加强训练同学们的答题速度及答题质量。有针对性地组织学生组织阅读训练。
第四、书面表达是一个薄弱环节，主要是学生组句的能力差，语法漏洞多，不会审题的原因，所以以后要重视多练习写文章，同时重视对作文的评讲及优秀范文的分析。

一、试卷内容及分析
本次考试所考的范围是学英语四年级下册前两个单元Unit 1Unit 2 My schoolbag,Unit 2这两部分的内容。一共有六个大题：第一题判断看图写单词；第二题是选出不同类的单词，并将其序号填在题前的括号内；第三题在右栏中找出左栏每个单词的意思，把它的字母编号写在左边括号里；第六题排对话顺序
二、考试结果及分析
本次测试题目相对比较简单，都是一些基础性的题目，学生都学过相关知识，因此考试成绩还勉强说得过去。全班参加考试的学生有19人，及格人数19人，及格率100%，但在我看来，还不能令人满意，100分和90分以上的人还不太多，80-90分之间的人所占的比重偏大，特别是有些学生刚好过80分，不够稳定，一不小心就有可能从优生变成不优等的学生。还有一些学生，只有六七十分，拖了全球的平均分和优生率。
卷面分析如下：
第二题选出不同类的单词。这一题出错的原因是1.没有弄清楚每个单词的意思；2.缺乏思维与辨识能力，不会对单词进行分类；3.不愿意动脑筋，缺乏考试技巧。
第三题在右栏中找出左栏每个单词的意思。这一题很简单，一般学生都是全对。
第五大题选择题，这一题学生的错误比较多。反映出来的问题是1.学生缺乏考试技巧，实在不会做的可以随便选择一个，有的学生因为不会做，就空在那儿了。2.学生对英语句子用法没有掌握好。如How many ＿＿＿＿ do you have? How many后面的可数名词要用复数形式，英语中看什么要用Look at……；对表示男性的物主代词his和表示女性的物主代词her区别不清。3.不会根本上下文的意思来判断和选择。
三、今后补救措施
1.针对优生率不高，后进生多的问题，我要加大对落后学生的辅导。2.针对学生缺乏考试技巧的问题，我要对学生讲解考试经验与技巧，考试要先易后难，认真审题，注意检查等考试细节、方法和技巧。
3.针对学生对英语字母在单词中的发音掌握不好的问题，我要对学生进行字母在单词中的发音的专题辅导并加强这方面的训练。
4.针对学生对单词掌握差的问题，我要经常要学生操练单词，多写单词，经常报听写，每周至少要听写5次。
5.针对学生对英语句子没有理解掌握的问题，我要学生多读多记，加强对英语课本句子的朗读，背诵和记忆。
6.针对学生阅读理解差的问题，我要在平时的授课中多引导学生理解，认识，辨析句子的意思，能根据上下文正确理解短文大意并能对判断题作出正确判断。
7.针对学生的优先率不高，及格率偏低，平均分数不理想的问题，我要对学生多表扬，多鼓励，以赏识教育法引导学生向上看齐，向前进步，平时要想方设法多用多媒体课件，以调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性。
我相信经过我的一番努力，学生们一定能够在今后取得更好的成绩。
