中国本土的文化和西方的不同，学习海外的文化会导致中国人对东方文化了解减少。
他们不过中国的节日，我们也不该他们的节日，增加他们的自信心。
西方节日大部分是基督教的宗教节日，中国人基本不信教，所以中国人更不应该过西方节日。
。例如圣诞节是一个宗教节，是为了庆祝耶稣诞生。
中国人不应该盲目地去过圣诞节。
众所周知，西方国家是资本主义国家。庆祝西方节日会同化我们的意识形态，会淡化我们对待社会主义的热情。
最坏的方面是，西方节日里的糟粕会影响我们的下一代，会导致他们早恋，甚至性泛滥。
另一方面，中国有自己千年的历史。有自己的民族节日，这些节日具有美好的典故，是中国文化的经典。
而外国人的节日没有中国节日的典故那样具有吸引力
