ForceMajeure:

Thesellerhallnotbeheldresponsibleforthedelayinshipmentornon-deli-veryofthegoodsduetoForceMajeure,whichmightoccurduringtheproceofmanufacturingorinthecourfloadingortransit.ThesellerhalladvisetheBuyersimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedabovethewithinfourteendaysthereafter.theSellerhallsendbyairmailtotheBuyersfortheiracceptanceacertificateoftheaccident.UndersuchcircumstancestheSellers,however,arestillundertheobligationtotakeallnecearymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.(14）仲裁：凡有关执行合约所发生的一切争议应经由过程友善协商解决，如协商不克不及解决，则将不合提交中国国际贸易促进委员会按有关仲裁程序进行仲裁，仲裁将是终局的，双方均受其约束，仲裁用度由败诉方承担不懂的题目：是实际生活中的合约不是什么合约范本、好比以下这份合约，只是范本而已经我要的是很具体的实际生活中的合约好比国际贸易中衣服啊什么贸易，什么的都行，只如果份具体的合约，内部实质意义不必真实我只要这份合约全部充塞（但必需符合实际生活）！很急哪位大哥大姐能提供份，感激涕泣！~！合约CONTRACT

Within45daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatthedestination,shouldthequality,Specificationsorquantitybefoundnotinconformitywiththestipulationsofthecontractexceptthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancecompanyortheownersoftheveelareliable,theBuyerhall,h***etherightonthestrengthoftheinspectioncertificateiuedbytheC.C.I.CandtherelativedocumentstoclaimforcompensationtotheSellers

(13)不可力敌：由于人力不可力敌的原由发生在制造，装载或运输的历程中导致卖方延期交货或不克不及交货者，卖方可免除责任,在不可力敌发生后，卖方须当即电告买方及在14天内以空邮方式向买方提供变乱发生的证实文件，在上面所说的情况下，卖方仍须卖力采取办法尽快发货
