All in all ,China has become stronger and stronger in the competition in the world .But to catch up with the pace of development of the advanced enterprises in the world ,we still have a long way to go .

中国是一个以儒学为文化传统的国家,儒学影响着中国历史发展进程,积淀着中国文化。中国古代商人大多与儒家思想有着千丝万缕的联系,他们把“诚、信、义、恕、让”等儒家伦理道德贯彻到从商经营之中去,倡导“恪守信用,诚信为本,以义取财,乐群贵和,推己及人”的商业道德。因此,挖掘儒商精神的内涵,倡导儒家商业伦理,对现代商业经营具有非常重要的意义。

一、儒家价值观蕴含的商业伦理思想 1.以义取利、博施济众的经营宗旨

“义”与“利”的关系是儒家思想的重要内容。所谓“义”是指人的道德价值;“利”是指人的功利价值和物质利益。在如何处理义与利的关系上,孔子提出要“见利思义”。孔子说:“见利思义,见危授命,久要不忘平生之言,亦可以为成人矣”(《论语·宪问》),在孔子看来,一个是人否有“义”行“义”是一个原则性的大问题,是关涉到成为一个什么样的人的根本性问题。不过在富贵利禄面前,不能丧失道德良心,而只能“见利思义”循义而求之。因此,儒家思想不是把获利作为商业活动的惟一目的,而是提倡把经商谋利与“博施济众”结合起来,并认为“博施于民,而能济众”。

2.以人为本、仁者爱人的经营原则

儒学的“仁爱”思想始终如一条红线贯而串之,成为儒学之核心,《论语》中多次专门提到“仁”,孔子对“仁”作了大量的论述。 “仁”的基本精神是“爱人”,也只有爱别人,才能得到别人的爱。正如孟子所言:“爱人者,人恒爱之;敬人者,人恒敬之。”孔子把“仁”从自我修养引申到家庭、社会,推之于国家、天下。商品交换,从直接层面看是物与物的交换,金钱与金钱的交换,而儒家精神则能在一定程度上超越纯粹的物与金钱的关系,从物与金钱中看到人,主张按照“以人为本,仁者爱人”的原则去经营,这种经营思想是儒家“仁爱”思想在商业活动中的运用。

3.尚中贵和、和气生财的经营之道

尚中贵和的“中”就是“中庸之道”,“和”就是“以和为贵”。孔子认为中庸既是一种道德境界,又是处理问题的一种方法。儒家倡导“致中和”,认为“礼之用,和为贵”,主张以发自内心的和谐与宽容的态度协调人际关系,实现“和则众”的目标。把这种“和气”伦理转用于商业经营实践,作为处理商家内外关系的基本方法。和气生财的“和”的经营方法主要体现在三个层面上:一是注重不同经营者之间的互利合作,寻找共同生财之道,所谓“有钱大家赚”。二是注重对顾客的和气态度,不巧取豪夺,欺行霸市,提倡让利于民,视顾客为上帝,诚实无欺;三是注重企业内部的人际和谐,注重上下沟通,协调劳资关系。

4.守信重诺、诚信为本的商业道德 诚信是儒家为人处世的伦理准则。《中庸》说:“诚者天之道也,诚之者人之道也”。“诚”就是“真实无妄”;“信”是“诚”的具体表现,即“诚善于身之谓信。”孔子指出:“人无信不立。” (《论语·为政》)强调做任何事情都要“言而有信”。只有以诚待人,才会得到别人的信服。如果耍手腕,搞欺诈,就不可能把生意做成。“诚信”不仅作为个人安身立命之根本,并且它还作为经济生活的基本准则,成为社会稳定、上下相亲、经济秩序良好、商品货真价实的根本保证。

二、儒家文化在现代商业经营中的具体体现

在商业经济活动中,价格的杠杆调节作用是巨大的,然而并非是唯一的,文化因素的作用不可低估,先进的文化对经济起促进作用,落后的文化则对经济起阻碍作用。在现代商业经营实践中,不少品牌特别是中国老字号在儒家思想熏陶之下对所从事的生产经营有着独特认识,在商业经营中形成的独特的人文精神和人文思想,充分体现了儒家的文化传统。

第一,注重文化蕴涵。儒家文化在中国源远流长,家喻户晓,因此以儒家的社会伦理道德和处世哲学为内容的字号,不仅是商家主要的价值取向,同时也是当时社会大多数人的认同基础。因此,不少“老字号”将自己的文化内涵定位于此。儒家所倡导的“仁、义、礼、智、信”,成为中国传统商家标榜的招牌词语。

第二,讲究审美意趣。一些“老字号”主要服务对象是文人墨客,为迎合这一部分人的审美趣味,主人往往把店名取得高雅、古朴、深奥,以便取得他们的审美认同。如:北京以经营书画、篆刻、扇面、笔砚等而著名的老字号“荣宝斋”,则表明该店有发扬光大中华瑰宝之任务。

第三,求吉避忌。数千年中国文化的积淀,造成了中国大众的接受心理,其中最普遍的一种就是求吉避忌。传统“老字号”名称用得最多的字是“庆、祥、泰、丰、兴、顺、荣、盛、昌、福”等代表吉祥如意的字词。

第四,注重人文形象。许多商家字号的表现形式往往与所定的文化内涵相配合。例如:字号的书写十分讲究,一般都要请社会名流或书法家题写,字体厚重,字划故意加宽加粗。除招牌外,一些著名老字号在店堂内还悬挂宣扬本字号的匾额。以中国儒家文化、儒家伦理道德为自己行为规范的商号,往往会得到社会大众的文化认同。

三、在现代商业经营中弘扬儒家文化,构建和谐社会

商业活动必然蕴含着一种相应的伦理精神和价值理性,必须遵循生财有道的原则。如果没有这种相应的伦理精神和价值理性作为其精神动因、规范因素和定向机制,那么它就容易变成一种单纯的功利冲动,就不利于企业的长期稳定发展。当前,在经济全球化的背景下,我们积极推进中国特色社会主义建设,发展现代商业文明的情势下,如何从传统儒家文化中吸取有益的借鉴呢? 1.继承发扬儒家商业文化,创造有中国特色的现代商业文化

文化是维系一个民族团结和一个国家稳定的重要基础,是一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分。建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化应该把马克思主义精髓、中华传统文化精华与市场经济原理结合起来,提高企业国际化经营的能力,继承发扬儒家商业文化,创造有中国特色的商业文化。

2.倡导儒家“以义取利,博施济众”的精神,实现共同富裕、构建和谐社会 社会主义市场经济的目标是要实现全社会的共同富裕与各民族的繁荣昌盛。依据儒家的“仁者爱人”思想来说,要有以天下为己任、为振兴民族经济而奋斗的社会抱负。儒家精神的“博施济众”思想,将有助于我们超越个人狭隘经济利益的限制,为国家、民族的共同富裕而努力的价值观念的形成。“重义轻利”立足于义、利统一的立场,但是在某种特定情况下,当义、利发生矛盾,为了企业的长远利益,就要放弃某些眼前的利益;为了社会的整体利益,就要放弃某些局部利益。在21世纪的市场经济活动中,提倡儒家精神,是实现共同富裕,构建和谐社会的积极因素,将有利于推动全社会向共同富裕的伟大目标迈进。

3.学习继承儒家思想中“信”的道德理念,确立“诚信立商”的经济伦理道德观念,塑造中国现代商业的民族特色

“信”是儒家思想要求的最起码的人格道德。“商无信不富”,诚信对一个企业或商业组织来说,是企业的一种无形资产,是企业生存和发展的根本,信誉竞争其实是人格、文化、道德的竞争,它要争夺和占据的,不是商品市场,而是人心和道德市场。而人心和道德市场往往又决定商品市场的兴衰,只有占领了人心和道德市场,才能树立企业形象,才能维持已有的客户关系,并使这种关系不断巩固、扩展,企业才能抵住各种市场冲击,站稳脚跟。正所谓“信誉无价”,企业家要始终抓住“信誉”这一个根本。

4.树立“天人合

一、和气生财”的经营理念

儒商文化将对人、自然、社会的哲学思考应用到经营管理中、强调“天人合一”协调人与人、人与自然、人与社会、人的心性等之间的各种关系,注重塑造一种和谐、舒展的社会环境,自然环境,以降低经济发展中的摩擦成本,要求以发自内心的和谐与宽容的态度协调各种关系,实现“和则众”的目标,这对于我们建设和谐社会,具有重要的指导意义。

5.树立“以人为本”的管理观念

儒家管理哲学思想的一个最大特点,即对人的重视和尊重。现代企业管理工作的中心是对人的管理,管理目标的实现在于发挥人的能动作用。作为有理智、有感情的“社会人”,其思想、气质、性格、爱好,千差万别,所以,承认人的个性,尊重人的人格,就成为感化的先决条件。首先,要尊重员工,信任员工,树立员工主人翁思想。其次,让员工参与管理,使他们感到被企业重视从而给人一种成就感。再次,要不断提高员工的素质,这是实行人本管理的基础。儒家的“以人为本”的精神,对今天的现代企业经营行为有重要的启示,这为知识经济时代的管理人才培养提供了一种范例。

四、结束语

发扬儒商文化将对我国社会主义市场经济健康发展产生重要的、积极的、深远的影响,对我国企业参与国内外竞争、提高经营管理水平有着重要意义,我们学习和继承儒家思想中的伦理道德,也不仅仅固守在原始的层面上,而是要结合现代社会,进行新的思想创新,解决现实中存在的一系列实际问题,创建现代和谐社会。
